Beach villa , new appliances . Huge rooftop deck with sun, palm trees and parrots surrounding you.
Iconic restaurants (Salt Rock Grill) and lounges including a great cofee/bakery shop and the famous Mahuffers bar are just steps away. Seaside Seabird Sanctuary(on the beach),pickle ball courts and Smugglars Cove Adventure Golf (feed live alligators) are all within walking distance. The beach is across the street and you can catch a trolley right out front . With Clearwater Beach to the north and Saint Pete Beach to the south you are right in the center of unlimited beaches and restaurants
The back yard has a large deck and is surrounded with palm trees, Brazillian pepper trees and mangroves. A great place to relax or grill.

Great long weekend stay. A close walk to the beach with a great coffee shop on the way. The roof top deck was fantastic and we enjoyed listening to the music from Mahuffers. The trolly stop is close and made it easy to get to Clearwater and John’s Pass.

Perfect beach location! Easy walk to the beach, comfortable beds and has most of what you need! Even a beach read! Communication w owner is prompt and extremely helpful! House is great for 4 people... will definitely come back!

Gregg was great! Our stay was beyond what we asked for! Walk to the beach was short and easy to get to. It felt like a real vacation for us with our 3 little ones. We will definitely be back! He recommended the coffee shop right by the villa. Our kids loved their mango smoothie.

This beach house is a great find. The beach is a short walk away as are several good restaurants. Our host was very attentive and responsive to our questions. He made our stay the best it could be. We would happily return another year.

We enjoyed our stay at Gregg’s house. He had lots of beach equipment that was perfect for using and spending the whole day at the beach. The location was very convenient to walking to the beach with a stop at Indian Shores coffee shop on the way. We loved all the quirky beach themed decor in the house. The rooftop lounge area was great for chilling in the evening when we were wore out from the beach. We met Gregg and he stopped in to congratulate us on our wedding. He was very friendly and truly cared that we had a good stay in his house. We would definitely stay again.

Everything about our stay was amazing! Gregg is so friendly and responsive. His place is clean, updated and well stocked. We love the rooftop deck and the proximity to the beach and great restaurants and shopping. We will be back, for sure. Thanks, Gregg!

We could not have had a better experience staying at Gregg's "beachhaus"! The place was exactly as advertised - clean, comfy, 5-min walk to the beach (if that). Everything needed for a beach vacation was available: towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids, and a wagon to haul it all. Gregg was super responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The bar across the street, Mahuffer's, has live music and was a great way to wind down for the night. You're steps away from some great restaurants and a short drive to even more places to eat, breweries, mini golf, and more. We already can't wait to go back next spring break! Thanks for everything, Gregg!

Nice stay

In overall, the house is in good location. The beach is 2-3 min by walk. I loved that the host provided everything we needed for the wonderful stay: all amenities worked well. Definitely, we will recommend it for the stay.
