Located in Shinnecock Shores, a private beach community, this 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath expanded ranch offers an open floor plan and has been renovated throughout. This beautiful home offers a brand new high end kitchen, new bathrooms, hardwood floors, new pool (April-October), new IPE decking. Everything has been done in high end craftsmanship and done with great taste. This home offers a ton of natural light on the interior and boasts a beautifully manicured, and landscaped outdoor space, that has sun all day! On .25 acres on a cul-de-sac, with a private beach steps away at the end of the street. This home is on the water with eastern exposure and a beautiful view of the sunrise, and has sun all day. In addition, the home boasts 100 feet of private bulkhead and direct access to Tiana Bay. It is a boaters paradise! Other extras include a whole home Generac generator, central air conditioning, a large den with a wood burning fireplace, a full basement with game room, fridge and lounge, among other beautifully appointed features. Great Stay

Our overall expertise was great. Home was very clean and had all the essentials you need for a nice comfortable stay. The beds were very comfy, equipped with great linens and pillows. Home was cozy and comfortable. Can’t wait to stay again.

A perfect spot for our family

This house was ideal for our needs. Clean and nicely maintained with spacious rooms and a perfect backyard deck and pool. We walked to the local beach and saw swans which my granddaughter loved! We would definitely consider staying here again if I’m the area.

Short Getaway

A beautifully decorated home on the canal in a private community. The pool area was equipped with chairs and a grassy area to relax. The house was clean and provided all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Lovely stay in East Quogue

The house was beautiful and very clean. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, and the pool was very enjoyable for me and my guests. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of supplies for grilling. However, the listing was inaccurate, and I was not informed about these inaccuracies. The listing said there are 5 bedrooms, 4 with a queen and 1 with a king. The 5th bedroom turned out to be a nook off the master bedroom, and the “queen bed” was a twin air mattress that was not inflated or had any blankets. This ended up being an issue because of my number of guests (which the host knew about). In addition, I was informed there would be a ping pong table, but upon arriving, it was broken.

Hi Shreeya, I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We have an additional queen air mattress, as well as the queen, so that guests can choose which size is needed for them. Both fit in the 5th bedroom. We also have a very fast electric pump that fills them in about 30 seconds. Along with the heavy duty air mattresses, are sheets and extra pillows. The ping pong table table was not broken, and is not broken. Guests continue to enjoy using it every stay. To give the public full disclosure of what the guest means by "broken" she claimed the balls did not bounce to her satisfaction. This guest may have been a professional ping pong player. For any future guests, please note that this is just a fun recreational use if you want basement ping pong table. This is not professional. The bounce may be slightly off. But if you are looking for an extra activity while staying at this extremely high end, brand new renovated house, on the water, with it's own private pool, beach, and floating docks, feel free!
