RIMFIRE 406; 1 BEDROOM STUDIO, 1 BATH - BEDDING: QUEEN AND QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. - This top-floor studio condo with cathedral ceilings, western views, and lots of light. Features a full kitchen with accessories and a gas fireplace. Quiet, relaxing, and roomy. Rimfire is the perfect location for your vacation. Right in the heart of The Village, close to all the action. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at Starbucks, dine in one of our fine restaurants, relax in one of the hot tubs located in the complex, or walk to any of the shops, and restaurants.

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

Updated House Rules:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

Location was perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks, and slopes. Locker was a nice convenience as well. All amenities were just what we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because check-in was not easy.

Awesome Stay

The room was fabulous, spacious enough to have 4 people comfortably with luggage. It was really nice having a full kitchen to make dinner or lunch. We really enjoyed the view and the events going on around us. Great Getaway!

Only issue was that the Rimfire Ski lockers are too small - especially for snowboards.

406 was nicer than expected, what a great view!

Have been to Snowshoe several times and had a great stay. The western view from 406 is perfect and the room had everything needed to be comfortable. The only issue is that I found several stains on the mattress cover after removing the bedding materials for checkout.

Room dated but clean in a convenient location

Overall very easy to sign up, the staff was friendly. The add said free parking with the room but our key card didn’t work to get into the garage

Thank you for your comments. Rimfire has an underground parking deck, however, the free parking is across the street in the Village parking lot. To park in the underground deck there is a charge, the cost varies depending on the summer/winter season. Casago Snowshoe - Linda

Clean and convenient

My daughter and I had such a wonderful weekend skiing together with our friends! We did have a tough time remembering how to get from the South side of the building to the North side, but finally by the end of our stay got it down 😂. We loved our room, even though we didn’t spend much time in it!

Great for watching UCI WorldCup MTB

Stayed here with my family for the 2021 UCI MTB race weekend and this place was perfect. The room overlooks the pit area and allowed us to see what was going on by just looking out the window. Lots of riders/teams stayed in same building giving great access as a fan. The condo was clean and reasonably well furnished for our needs and offered great views to the mtns towards the west (sunsets are amazing from room).

Quick ski getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our quick get away to Snowshoe. This unit was just the right size and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and we are bed snobs! The rental management people were so helpful and gave us great recommendations! The only negatives: cell service is non-existent in WV so make sure you set up your GPS before you head here, and this unit is right above the hot tub so if you are early to bed people like us oldies bring a box fan! The snow was fabulous this winter!

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
