Rimfire 342 - 1 BEDROOM, 1 BATH - QUEEN, TWIN SLEEPER CHAIR AND A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA - SLEEPS 5. Located right in the heart of the Village. Enjoy the best that Snowshoe Mountain Resort has to offer. Step out the door of your condo and enjoy dining, shopping, and Spa services. Set on the private deck and enjoy great views of the village and enjoy concerts in the plaza. It has a full kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. The living room has a gas fireplace with a sleeper sofa, a twin sleeper chair, and a 50 inch smart TV. Queen bed in the bedroom with a 50 inch smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

Great communication, the property was clean and as described, and the location was unbeatable; right in the middle of the village and you can walk to the slopes in 2 mins. The condo could use a bit of storage - maybe a small dresser in the master? We loved staying here, its perfect for a family of 2 to 3.

Slopes, restaurants, bars very accessible. Greaf location. Check in cld be improved as if skiing the day of checking in there is no where to park and then need to go down the mountain to get keys. Nice condo, and loved access to the hot tubs

Everything was great. I didn't read the invitation email close enough, and forgot to pick up my key card from the bottom of the mountain, thankfully only 15 min down. Was worried, what if my key cards stop working like they sometimes do, and there's a snowstorm? Luckily didn't have to worry about it. Bed was ok, saggy on one side made it uncomfortable sleeping with spouse. But overall very happy.

Great stay

Condo is updated and decorated very nicely. It had everything we needed. Location is so convenient, we were able to watch music on the stage and fireworks right from the balcony.

Great location

Great place right in the heart of the mountain - close to restaurants, rentals and to jump into. The mtn to ski. My family needs a slightly bigger place as the kids keep growing but we loved it overall.

Power in bedroom was not working, good location close to ski lifts!

Great place to stay.

The property was very nice and clean. It is located in the best part of Snowshoe and you can watch all of the activities from the excellent balcony overlooking the common area well all activities take place. The entire process of accessing the rental was very simple.

New Years at Snowshoe

New Years at Snowshoe is a family tradition. Staying at Rimfire or Highland House is our first choice. This unit was overlooking the village so we were able to enjoy the celebration in the village from the balcony. It met our needs and we will highly recommend staying in this unit.

Mom and dad get away

Very clean, cute Little condo, everything was perfect. Enjoyed our Lil get away even tho there wasnt a whole lot to do on the mountain

Judith Crane, LLC dba Casago Snowshoe is a West Virginia–licensed real estate broker offering upscale vacation rental homes, townhomes, and condominiums at Snowshoe Mountain Ski and Summer Resort in West Virginia. Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
