POWDERIDGE 34 - 2 BEDROOM, 2.5 BATHS TOWNHOUSE - BEDDING: Master BR King, BR #2 Queen, and Bunk Bed. Wood burning fireplace to snuggle by on cold evenings and a full kitchen for family meals. This unit is located on the north side of the mountain with great views. Park at your door. Short distance to the Powderidge Ski Lift, assuming that there is snow on the ground. Great location for mountain biking in the Summer, Washer/Dryer

SLOPE SIDE NO AIR CONDITIONING

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Parking on Site, Bike Friendly Lodging, Free Resort Shuttle Service.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

​​​​​​UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.

A perfect getaway on the mountain

We could not be more happy with our stay. The condo is well located with easy access to The Village, lifts, etc. It was in pristine condition--very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed for cooking, serving, etc. The beds were very comfortable, heat was adjustable in all rooms, and bathrooms were clean and bright. I hope this space is available the next time we come!

Great place to stay

This was our first time to Snowshoe. The condo was nice and clean. The only downfall was that there wasn’t a crockpot. That would have been nice for a lunch break. Seems like I saw a description that there was one in the condo so I didn’t bring one. Otherwise, the kitchen was very functional.

Great location and fantastic accommodations!

Well appointed condo and excellent location! If there had been better snow you could ski right up to it. Even without snow it’s a VERY short walk to the top of powderidge lift. The sofa has recliners, but no pull out sofa. Comfy beds, nice TVs, overall really great place to stay!

Wonderful Ski Weekend

This property was perfect for a ski in ski out experience. It was comfortable and well equipped for our family of six. I just wish we’d realized that check in is at the bottom of the mountain. We were slow to read the detailed instructions and once we did, there was no cell service to locate the address of the check in location. It made for a difficult arrival on a snowy evening.
