~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

Perfect Christmas Vacation

We had a fantastic, cozy stay with our kids and their mom's family, which created this perfect setting for our holiday vacation. We enjoyed snowboarding, shopping, and restaurants right down the street during the day, and relaxed with the hot tub and giant family couch at night. Only wish we could have gotten the fireplace working! Otherwise, the house was everything we wanted and made our Christmas a successful one!

Snowboarding, shopping, and dining in the Village during the day followed by relaxing evenings in the hot tub and on a giant family couch—sounds wonderful! You mentioned not being able to get the fireplace working, I checked the notes on your reservation and work orders and did not see any notes regarding an issue with the fireplace. Always bring to our attention any issues and we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible. Our guest's comfort is our main priority. The property was nice and clean. The only issue we had was the top door entering into the townhouse has no key; therefore, if you lock it, you cannot get back in.

Nice town home larger than it looks

We stayed four days just a getaway. Nice home. Had a few issues however the management were very interested in what I informed them of. The home has everything you need neighbor’s we’re very nice quiet piece full area.

Great location

Great location! Literally right behind of the snow tubing area and super quick walk to access the Silvercreek slopes. Garage space was great for skis and all our equipment and clothes. Had an issue with the hot tube. Rental company came out but hot tub was still dirty.

Great get away

The place is well located to Village, mountain, dinning, brew pub, ski rental, etc. All basics are available at the house. Beds are comfortable. The hot tub worked well. The only complaint would be difficulty communicating with host. There was plenty of space for the whole family. The home was clean and ready upon our arrival.

Great spot in Snowshoe

This house was great. It had plenty of space for 2 families, it was very clean, and cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with lots of pots and pans, good knives and silverware, and a slow cooker. The bus stop is very convenient so, getting around Snowshoe and SilverCreek is really easy, you can park and not move your car until you leave! The only negative I have is that they should invest in new mattresses. Thank yall for a great stay!

Creekside

Great property, as advertised. One of the toiets wouldnt flush but we were so busy we didnt have time to communicate with property manager. Im sure they would have fixed if we brought it to their attention.

Ski 2025

Good time, a couple of things need to be replaced or repaired did not stop the weekend but things need to be addressed. Not everyone will reach hand in back of toilet to flush for the price paid.

mice and half filled hot tub

we had mice in out place and hot tub not filled up. dont want to be petty but for 4 grand things should top notch.

Very expensive, very average ski house

What you see is what you get. You get mountain access, you get a hot tub, you a place to stay. There is less charm and customer service than a hotel. We accidentally booked an extra day, messaged the company same week, and because it was within 60 days of the arrival date, we would loose $400+ for the booking mistake. This is what you get when you book with a big company. Generally everything worked.

Nicholas our units are privately owned, as you said we are not a hotel. Our cancelation policy is noted in the Rental Agreement you sign when a reservation is made. Nice Cabin, But Not Ski-in/out

Great condo. Nice kitchen, nice beds, plenty of towels and linens/blankets. Hot tub worked well. Could not get fireplace to work. Wi-fi was very slow, even after re-setting. To ski, will need to drive down to the Silver Creek parking lot (a minute down the hill) and can ski there or catch the bus up to main resort, or will need to drive up and park at the main resort (plenty of parking down at Silver Creek area but very sparse parking up by main resort at times). Think the description we saw said "short walk to Silver Creek ski area" but with all of our gear the walk would have been pretty tough.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
