Sanctuary #11 - FOUR BEDROOM, FOUR BATH - BEDDING: Master King, BR #2 King, BR #3 Queen, BR #4 Pyramid Bunk Beds (2). You will find this home warm and inviting, the ideal place to unwind after a long day. This house has three decks with breathtaking views. Relax in the 6-person hot tub while admiring the night sky. Binge-watch your favorite shows with the adults on Roku or Direct TV. The younger group has 4 other TVs for entertainment. The home sleeps 12 and will easily fit 2 or 3 families. 8 adults max, please. The Village is a 5 minute drive or shuttle ride away. The village is bustling with activities, shops, restaurants, and bars.

All wheel drive or four wheel vehicles are recommended in the winter.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, and Free On Call Resort Shuttle Service, which runs from Soaring Eagle Lift and Lodge to the Village, Western Territory, and Silver Creek areas - all of which are included with a standard lift ticket.

Updated House Rules:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

The black diamond was closed the green was opened. Make sure the diamond slope is opened not just the lift. Or you need to walk up hill a bit. This was perfectly clear bc of owners efforts including aerial images.

The best place ever

Pictures do not do this place justice. Walking to the slopes is a breeze and the house is everything and more. Will stay here every time i come back to Snowshoe.

One of the nicest houses on the mountain

Pictures are totally accurate. This is a really nice property and the location is excellent. Also, the house has one of the nicest fake fireplaces I have seen.

Awesome Setup on the Mountain

This house has it all and was perfect for our group. Hot tub worked well and was pretty cool with all the snowfall we received over the weekend while there. Only downside is the walk to get to the slopes, other than that this place is perfect.

Overall super home

Nice house for our group. Minor issue upon arrival with smoke alarms which was quickly handled. Items in the house were in great shape aside from nonworking fireplace in the family room. Hot tube worked well - needs to have deer stool picked up in back yard. We would stay here again.

stayed for 4848 festival

House was very nice. close to festival. We did however have no internet from Friday late until Sunday. couldn't make phone calls or text without driving to village. could have been the weather but we survived. will rent again

Gorgeous mountain home, close to Top of the World

What a beautiful mountain home, tucked into a neighborhood close to Top of the World. We drove up since the black diamonds right off our street were not open yet, but parking was easy. They even had a Christmas tree and holiday decor up for us to enjoy by the fire! We had two families enjoying several days of skiing together at Snowshoe before Christmas - and two master bedroom suites was a bonus. Would definitely rent again! (note: definitely have all wheel drive cars bc the drive into the neighborhood was not plowed.)

Family vacation

First, let me say the home was beautiful and we had everything we needed. We had several issues, the smoke detector went off our first night at 3:00 a.m and we had to call 911 and the fire department had to come. They went through the house and felt it was the smoke detector batteries. We contacted the office the next morning and someone came immediately and replaced batteries. The two fireplaces did not work, which was disappointing and The primary bedroom’s ceiling fan did not work. Despite these issues, it was a great time for our family’s Thanksgiving holiday.

Charmante cabane en Normandie

Tout était parfait, l'accueil, les propriétaires, la localisation, la maison en bois. Le seul hic c'est la proximité avec la N13.. Un fond sonore qui m'a rappelé la région parisienne.. Mais à ce prix là, c'est pas grave.

Nice property, ski in/out was challenging

Great property, very roomy and kept very clean. Ski in/out was a little challenging as you either had to walk up a steep road or down a road and through the woods to a black diamond run. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
