Studio 301 in Little Paris Hotel is perfect for a couple on a get-away. It’s located on the ground floor with entrance from the courtyard. The studio has a nice queen size
bed with a good mattress, hightop table and chairs for dining, little kitchenette with counter top cooktop, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster.
Bathroom with big shower. The bathroom is the original old style and is in good condition - considering the age. There is private parking outside next door.

You get your private studio with private bathroom. Private entrance.
Shared outside patio and courtyard.

Shared patio and courtyard. Coin operated washer and dryer.

I live in the area and will be reachable by phone or Airbnb app. Mainly during daytime 8am-6pm, but in urgent case I try to be available 24/7.

Perfect neighborhood. Prime location at Fort Lauderdale beach. 1 block from beach, bars and restaurants.

Parking all around the beach is paid parking so enjoy the free parking at Little Paris Hotel.
Uber and Lyft are always only a few minutes away.
Approximately 15-20$ to the airport. Less to Port Everglades.
Water Taxi stop just 100 feet away.

This is not a party house.
No smoking inside.
Smoke outside at designated areas.
No outside noise from 10pm to 8am.
Parking on the premises.

The studio has a window mounted AC and you can switch it on and off as you like. If you set it on low fan it is not as noisy.

By accident , we did not leave a set of keys in the lockbox when we went out and locked ourselves out the first night . Called the hostess and she came over furious , cursing , yelling and screaming the F word telling us what idiots we were and how can we be so stupid continuously for about ten minutes of yelling and degrading us . Felt very embarrassed and unsafe. She also threatened us to not dare write a bad review .Other than the disrespect and humiliation , the place was convenient to various things . Will not be back though for obvious reasons

Scuba Diving Trip with friends that live local.

Location was excellent. For one person, that has a schedule of activities, this place was perfect. Easy walk to the beach, enclosed patio for privacy and drying diving gear. Loved it and will book again.

Perfect!

Clean, comfortable, close to beach and nightlife. All a short walk away. Tucked away enough to still be quiet when needed.

Perfect for a long weekend!

This property was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Location is fantastic for walking to multiple different restaurants/bars and only 1 block from the beach. The property is exactly as advertised and the owner Liza was great with any questions/issues that came up. We will definitely be back!

Great location and clean.

Location is literally a block and 1/2 from the beach and also 100 yards in the other direction to the water taxi. Has a cute lil courtyard to hang out in. The room itself is SMALL!! I’ve stayed in hotel rooms that are bigger. Being that it was just me and my wife and we weren’t spending that much time in the room anyway, it was ok. There are water issues with the shower. The hardware isn’t quite correct and you have a hard time getting a consistent water temp. It’s either cold/luke warm or scalding hot. Really that’s about it. If it’s just a couple going down for a getaway, it’s fine. It’s just very small, but it is a great location!

Great getaway close to everything!

We loved being able to walk to the beach and all the restaurants! The room was comfortable although the bathroom is a bit small. The only thing that made our stay less than perfect is whoever lives/was staying? upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants half the night and it started back up again at 6am every day. The location of this studio apt is the best thing about it! It was very clean. There are beach chairs and towels in the unit which was great.

Loved a clean room that was as close to the beach as the listing said.

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, with everything we needed. Although simple, it worked nicely for us and an easy walk to a beautiful beach and to restaurants along ft. Lauderdale beach.
