Absolutely loved staying here! We’ve stayed in other units in this building, but this one was by far our favorite. We loved having our own private deck to enjoy coffee in the mornings and the dock was perfect for relaxing sunny afternoons. You truly can’t beat the location — everything you could need is within walking distance. The owner was top-notch and quick to help with any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic second floor, one bedroom condo with a spacious balcony facing the Intracoastal Waterway. Clean, cozy, comfortable unit that was well stocked with everything I needed to cook dinners in the kitchen and even do a load of wash! Excellent location within a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Communication and detailed directions were a big help. I will certainly return the next time I’m in FTL!

This particular condo had the best view in the corner unit on the second floor. Maryrose was quick to answer the questions I had about small things. After many years of being in a very noisy environment in Ft Lauderdale, the privacy and the quiet of this complex is so refreshing. Maryrose added a whole bunch of nice touches and even had coffee pods and a tin of great coffee. We will stay there again for sure.

Hi, I’m Maryrose! Originally from Pennsylvania, I moved to beautiful Fort Lauderdale for a career in the travel industry — and, of course, for the sunshine and palm trees. I love exploring the area’s beaches, waterfront restaurants, and vibrant local events.

Hosting allows me to share the South Florida lifestyle I fell in love with and help guests feel at home while discovering this amazing destination. I take pride in offering a comfortable, welcoming space where every stay feels like a true getaway.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I fell in love with this neighborhood because it perfectly captures what I enjoy most about South Florida — the beautiful waterfront views, fresh coastal air, and easy access to everything from beaches and marinas to great dining and shopping. It’s peaceful and scenic, yet close to all the activity Fort Lauderdale is known for.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes my property special is the front-row view of the waterway, where you can sit back and watch boats drift by like a daily parade. It’s the kind of place that instantly feels relaxing — a true blend of comfort, convenience, and the laid-back charm that makes this area so unique.
