Just steps from Sunriver Village, 7 Fremont Crossing is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 2,200 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making it enjoyable for up to 6 guests. Inside this stylish townhouse you will find spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas with lodge style decor.

You may find yourself lounging on the large patio after a day of swimming at The SHARC or after hitting the slopes of Mt. Bachelor. Relax in the BRAND NÉW hot tub!! New Grill. Foosball table and 4 bikes also provided

Additional features of this beautiful home include:
• Updated kitchen boasting granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances
• Spacious living room with comfortable seating, TV, and gas fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• Master suite with king bed, TV, and attached bathroom
• Second bedroom with King bed, TV, and attached bathroom
• Third bedroom with King Bed.
• Brand New Full Size Mattress available for additional guests located adjacent to third bedroom.

Fremont crossing is an upscale and gated neighborhood.

Boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, commercial vehicles, flat bed pick-up trucks, recreational vehicles (including campers and all makes and models of camper vans), disabled, or similar vehicles shall not be parked on any Fremont Crossing lot or driveway other than inside an enclosed garage, screened from view. No vehicle may be parked in the street. Any vehicle found in violation of these restrictions is subject to towing by the Fremont Crossing Owners’ Association at Owner’s expense

This was our 25th stay in Sunriver and the 1st stay without Children. We loved this property, especially because it had 6 brand new beautiful bikes. The hot tub was lovely and all three bedrooms had their own bath. We couldn’t have asked for a better Sunriver experience. Across the parking lot from the village but nestled in the trees.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We didn't use the hot tub as the temperature said it was 103. We suggest visitors use only their directions, not Google Maps or you will arrive at a locked gate.Since the property will sleep 6-8, more pool towels would be helpful. We had 4. Providing Kleenex would be great as well as enough dishwashing detergent.The owner was very helpful and the location is great for those wanting to be near the Village.

Perfect Sunriver Paradise

This is a wonderful property, steps away from the village, restaurants, coffee, shops, and many children’s activities. Just a short bike ride to Sharc. The living areas are spacious, comfortable, and perfect for family gatherings. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities that you could want. The owner, Rod is very responsive with any questions or concerns. Overall, a wonderful day and we will absolutely be back.

Unit is right next to the village and an easy walk to everything. House was clean and pretty modern. Hot tub was well maintained. Great kitchen table for eating and socializing. Fireplace got a lot of use as well. Will rent again.

We were stoked to be able to stay at this beautifully maintained property again for the 2nd year in a row. I really appreciate the owners, who obviously re-invest in keeping everything clean and in working order.It's a wonderfully clean and comfortable place for our family of four. Comfort and Convenience

We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back. The property is located right next to the village so convenient to everything. House is very cozy and comfortable. The beds were all comfortable and nice to have 3 1/2 bathrooms. Was well stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware. Loved the hot tub which was right outside the dining room and kitchen. The house also stayed warm throughout the day and night even with cold temperatures outside.

Two Older Couples

I rented this home because I was specifically looking for a place with two "master bedrooms" that each had its own bathroom. The fact that the Sunriver Village is right out the back door was an added bonus. The kitchen is well-equipped with a convenient dining area. We played a lot of cards and the dining table and lighting was perfect. We appreciated that both of the master bedrooms had a TV. While we didn't use the SHARC passes, we did walk there to check it out because it is close by. We would rent again.

We have refreshed this awesome Sunriver home. New Weber Grill, New Hot Tub, New Weber Grill, High speed internet, New linens, New kitchen equipment, etc. We have made it a place that we personally want to stay. It is so well located within walking distance of the village as well as the SHARC. We just added 3 new king size beds to the property and some other bedroom furniture
