Welcome to our 30m2 studio located in Doussard, on the edge of the magnificent Lake Annecy. Nestled on the 1st floor of a pleasant building, this accommodation offers easy access via a digital code.The studio includes an equipped kitchen area, including a dishwasher, hob, hood, oven, refrigerator and necessary crockery. The living room has a TV, a sofa bed and a small sideboard with chairs.The sleeping area is designed to ensure a good night's sleep, and the bathroom has a shower to refresh you after a busy day.Enjoy a private terrace.The residence provides storage for your bicycles, free parking for your vehicle, and a private beach where you can relax by the water. For those who enjoy cycling, access to the cycle path that circles the lake is nearby, providing a picturesque way to explore the surrounding area.The accommodation ensures you have a worry-free stay. Indeed, sheets, towels but also shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablet, tea, coffee, salt and pepper are provided.Pleased to welcome you !

Pas de télévision (problème d'alimentation antenne), douche en mauvais état (fuite au niveau du robinet et du flexible), espace nuit oppressant et difficilement accessible, literie inconfortable, terrasse sale, table extérieure en mauvais état, absence de freezer (gênant pour envisager des pique-niques), étendoir à linge cassé et rouillé, menuiseries et vitrages en très mauvais état. Le seul point positif de cet appartement est la climatisation et l'accès privé au lac.

Nice little studio apartment close to the lake

We had a good stay at the apartment. Although there is a sofa bed it does only really suit 2 people to be comfortable regarding space. The bed is raised & requires climbing up to it so wouldn’t suit anyone less able. The balcony is a great asset. The listing suggests the wc is separate but it is in the showroom. This could do with an update, and has an in pleasant odour but we bought air fresheners. Property manager was very helpful & addressed any issues quickly. Bike storage is good. The lakeside facility is lovely and is accessed via a tunnel under the road between the property & the lake.

Super séjour

Très bon séjour, logement un peu petit pour 2 adultes et 2 ados. Calme et propre à notre arrivée. Très jolie vue de la terrasse! Petit bémol, local poubelles pas à proximité.

Excellent location

Excellent location with private beach-dock access. Clean, adequate space and a lovely large terrace. The main bed is situated in an alcove and is like a bunk bed. Without a ladder, it is a challenge climbing up. Not for elderly or handicapped. Dishes were sparse and make sure you shop for groceries...before 6 pm (18:00) because there aren't restaurants open nearby after then either. The bike path is directly behind the apartment building. Parking is ample in front and up on the next two levels. The owner was accessible when there was a problem with the washing machine.

Très belle résidence

Sejour trop court pour apprécier tout ce qu'offre le lac d'Annecy, mais la residence est bien située pour les activités sur la partie sud du lac et pas trop loin d'Annecy pour une escapade d'une journée. Très appréciable : la plage privée !
