Waterfront on the Assateague Channel! The Sea Tag Lodge is loved by all for the views, dock, and ideal location. Perfect for kayakers, bikers, bird watchers, and those that like to play on the nearby playground!

2-bedroom, 1 bath condo with a dedicated boat slip on a large, private floating dock on the Assateague Channel across from the Lighthouse.

Bedroom 1:  Queen bed and flat screen tv
Bedroom 2:  Twin over Full bunkbed and a flat screen tv for DVDs viewing only.  Closet includes a Pack-n-Play crib. 
Living Area:  Wifi, Direct TV

Located 200 yards from Memorial Park and playground, launch your boat and pull up to the dock in minutes.  Watch the sunrise as ponies graze on the banks of Assateague.  Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck or your dinner of fresh crabs caught off the dock at the picnic table just outside your back door.  

Common grounds have 4 charcoal grills for your use as well as a laundry room with coin operated commercial washer and dryers.

The floating dock is for guests' boats only. Pre-designated boat slip #21.

Hostess was very accommodating and fast to respond. Great place. Dock was in great shape. Beautiful views of lighthouse, marsh, ponies. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset.

Place is awesome. Second time here and won’t be the last. Best view. Ps if you bring a 15x spotting scope you can see the ponies very well from here. Binoculars are ok and in the unit but a little more zoom really makes it nice.

A great place to stay! Definitely bring your own paper products and toiletries (paper towels, tp, trash bags, hand soap, tissues etc.) Close to the beach, friendly neighbors. It is a shared balcony so there isnt much privacy outside. The Pearl is 2 doors down. Overall a great place to stay.

Very nice older condo - a great place to stay at the beach. It was located directly on the water, across from Assateague Island. Wonderful deck to sit and drink morning coffee and watch the boats go by. The condo had a nice pair of binoculars that were a really nice feature. Had a little issue with the door lock not working when we checked in, but the owner responded quickly and had a back up plan, so it was only a hiccup.

There was an issue with the keypad when I first arrived, but once that was settled, we had an amazing time. I highly recommend the gift shops! They have so many cute things to but as gifts and to take home.

Island Getaway

Loved the place very clean and organized, tv access was great and easy to use, love the outdoor deck got to see the lighthouse at night and saw ponies across the way. Loved the fact we could fish from the pier with lightning. And we meet our neighbors that been coming for over 40years overall was a great time and peaceful Thank you

Good location

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Personally we loved the location since we could see the wild ponies from a distance. We also saw dolphins swimming by.

Nice place to stay

This place is nice, clean, and conveniently located. The owners were communicative and attentive to our needs. Our only observations for consideration include: (1) the number of steps to access the property, which could be challenging for people with mobility issues, (2) the noise level we had from the adjacent unit, which may depend on who is renting at the moment, (3) the bedroom's blinds are no blackouts [bring your eye mask], and (4) one of the reclining chairs is ready for urgent retirement. Also, the listing does not explain that when you open the front door, you are basically entering into the bedroom with the bunk beds. We did not mind this. But keep it in mind in case you care about these details. But do not let these details deter you. You will enjoy staying here!

Perfect Chincoteague Stay

I loved this condo so much! The location was perfect--it was in a quiet location but so close to everything I wanted to do. I was able to bike and walk to most places, and anywhere I wanted to drive was within 15 minutes. The condo was just as pictured, it was clean, and I had no problems with anything during my stay. I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family and am highly likely to return in the future.

Channel View - Who Knew!?

I want to thank Nikki and Glenn for a fantastic stay at the “Channel View”. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. The condo was clean, spacious, and had some of the best views available I have had since going to Chincoteague for many, many years. They were very communicative and open for any issues, which we had none. Highly recommend Staying here as your next VRBO getaway! I know we look forward to returning!

From the clear communication from owner to the perfect location and property, this is definitely a place we will be revisiting. Practically perfect

The condo decor was very tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils, dishes, pans, etc. The location was exactly where I wanted to be. I used my binoculars to see the Chincoteague ponies every day we were there, and we had a perfect view of the lighthouse. I would highly recommend this particular condo for one or two adults or a family. It's very near a park and there was even a pack 'n play stored away for a little one.

Cute Beach Condo

This property was great! You could tell the great updates they have done to the property. We had a great stay for our first annual beach vacation since 2019. The condo was the perfect size for 4 adults. Nikki was quick to answer any questions and helpful even before we had booked. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the island!

September Get-Away!

This condo is a gem! Simply but beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you need! I truly appreciated not having to haul sheets and towels with us. The view from the second floor balcony is stunning. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when I needed to switch my dates. My mother and I look forward to staying at this great place again!

Just Right with Great Views

Perfect size for our family of four. The views were to die for. One morning, we woke up to two groups of ponies in view on Assateague. In the evening, the sunsets were colorful. It was nice to just sit on the patio and watch boaters, the lighthouse, and Assateague. In terms of the place, it was very clean, good location for us, and communication was excellent. Our family had a really fun time!

Perfect week away

Loved this place from the second we walked in!! Beautiful view of the water / lighthouse, quiet convenient location, and the place was spotless. They have everything you’ll need and then some. I brought my two kids (5 and 2) and they loved it. I moved a couple things into a closet and it was child proof. Being on the 2nd floor eased concerns of them being too close to the water. Already considering booking for next summer!
