Let "C'est La Vie" show you the perks of staying in a beachfront home. Wake up to dazzling Gulf views, upscale shopping and eateries as well as many leisure activities. 30A is the premiere destination for all things relaxing, enticing and delicious, so come experience it for yourself.

*Expansive wraparound balcony facing the Gulf, accessed from the living room and master suite
*Private Beach Access
*Luxurious resort-style community pool
*Inviting interior with calming blue tones and coastal-inspired décor
*Custom kitchen with granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and custom lighting
*Fully stocked with dishware, cutlery, cookware, and more
*Large dining table seats 6, with 4 additional bar seats
*Open living room with large sectional and panoramic Gulf views
*Flat-screen Smart TV in the living area, though the real view is the Gulf itself
*Plush, hand-picked bedding for maximum comfort
*We have room to park one car, and sometimes two cars can park at the property during the off-season.

*The pool will be closed due to it being resurfaced from January 5th to January 12th.

Golf cart rentals are not allowed at this property. Grills are not allowed on site or on the balcony.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was so pretty and looked exactly like the pictures. We stayed the whole week of Thanksgiving and loved the location. We were also excited that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. Lots of pots and pans as well as appliances and utensils made it easy. Plus the view of the ocean while eating was an added bonus. The pool is heated so the kids could swim even on the colder days. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautifully remodeled condo with all the amenities you need! Great pool and steps away from sugar sand beach..we loved it all! Super convenient to great restaurants in Dune Allen beach..would definitely stay here again!

You can’t go wrong with a family trip to the beach - even when the kids are adult daughters bringing their husbands now. And Dune Allen was perfect for us in every way: property location perfect, every room comfortable, common spaces had views to the ocean, and the wrap-around patio was a favorite hangout from morning to night.

Family Vacation

We highly recommend this property!! Everything about this property was beautiful and the ocean view is spectacular!! The condo was comfortable, including all the beds. We had 8 adults and never felt crowded. There were many restaurants within walking/ riding distance that were fun and delicious! We did rent bikes and had slight problem with where to store them (bike rack at east end of property) that was easily resolved with Mandy the Beyond Blue Vacation property manager!! We can’t wait to plan our next trip here😊

Location is top notch! The unit is fairly depicted by the pictures. The owner's have higher end finishes, decor, etc. The cleaning crew could be a bit better, some of the showers and towels had a bit of dirt of hair upon arrival. The building and pool is a little tired in comparison to the status of the unit. Not at all a deal breaker, but something to consider. Blue Vacations was great to deal with and they were very responsive.

Walking distance to a few restaurants was a plus and we enjoyed our time together...

The view is tremendous. We saw dolphins playing every morning. We had an issue with a sink not draining and a leaking shower hose. The sink not draining was quickly taken care of but the shower hose never did. The most annoying thing was the air conditioner. It worked well when people were present and moving throughout the property. At night, it would shut itself off because no one was moving. When we woke up because it was too hot and walked near the thermostat it immediately kicked back on without touching it. Still a tremendous property I would highly recommend besides a couple issues.
