Welcome to "SAND-orini SEA-renity," your ultimate beachfront retreat on 30A! This charming top floor vacation home is your gateway to a blissful family vacation, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf and the sparkling pool. Here’s why this is the perfect choice for your next family vacation:

*Prime 30A Beachfront Location
*Overlooks the large beachfront community pool
*Expansive Balcony facing the Gulf and beachfront pool
*Spacious open floor plan in the living and dining areas
*Comfortable Seating: Lounge around our large Smart TV, perfect for movie nights and relaxation
*Modern kitchen that features brand-new stainless steel appliances, countertop cube ice maker, wine cooler, and kitchen island
*The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island
*Each bedroom has a comfortable bed, a Smart TV, and a bathroom
*Luxurious Master Suite: Enjoy a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and double sink vanity
* A full-size washer and dryer
*We have room to park two cars
*Minimum age to rent is 25

Golf cart rentals are not allowed at this property. Grills are not permitted on site or on the balcony.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

We had the most relaxing 5 days at this beautiful and cozy condo. The pictures are an exact representation of the design and layout, which fit our family of four perfectly. Beds and linens were very comfortable and location to restaurants and shops was a quick 10 minute walk. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family, and would rent again without hesitation!

We had the absolute best stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We had the best view!! Love all the open windows. Conveniently located to great restaurants. We would love to stay here again next year. I give it 5 stars !!!!

SAND-orini yes Indeedy!

Absolute paradise for a quiet, happy getaway with family! Such a special place! We made great memories, cooked fabulous meals, enjoyed the warm pool, loved the bonfire, gawked at the gulf, learned about quartz sand. Everything about our vacation was perfect, every single minute!

This was a beautiful beach rental on 30A. We enjoyed our time as an adult family of 6 very comfortably. The beach is private and perfect and the pool was a great option too! Each room is stylishly decorated and the beds were comfy.Parking was our only issue with only 2 parking passes available.

SAND-orini SEA-renity is magnificent! This was our 2nd stay, and can hardly wait to go back again! It feels so much like home! Truly, this is Paradise! From the sunrises to the sunsets, enjoying the pool, the beach, the changes in the color of the water--what a truly AMAZING place to relax, re-charge, and enjoy family and friends. Thank you for sharing your incredible home!

This place was great, we loved the view and easy access to the private beach. It had an elevator and luggage carts which was a huge plus over other places we’ve stayed down here previously. The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole place is nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.

Great view. Very clean unit. Taking process was a bit difficult. Needed to text rental company for the gate code to enter the property, as well as the door code to enter the unit, and was actually never given the code to the gate to the beach. It was stated in the listing that the owners would contact us with this information prior to check-in, which we never received. No other issues beyond this.

The heated pool was warm and amazing. My kids loved it. The balcony view was beautiful! My family loved the short walk to the beach, easy back and forth walk from the beach to the pool. Everything felt safe and very family friendly, and it was as if we had our own private beach area. So much space for my kids to run and explore. The condo was exactly as it is listed, and we cannot wait to go back to this absolute GEM of a place on 30a. Thank you from our family to the owners for a wonderful spring break.
