UPDATED Beachfront Condo, Phoenix VII, #1415--BEATUTIFUL VIEWS

NEW Floors, furniture, cabinetry, appliances, fully remodeled bathrooms, master bed, decor, new electric blinds and paint. Located on the 14th floor of this 15 floor building, this 1064 square foot condo has some of the best views of the sparkling white beaches and blue Gulf waters from its balcony.

Comfortable mattresses and bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need from a morning cup of coffee from the Keurig to baking cupcakes and blending that perfect frozen summer cocktail. Pack lightly and utilize the full size washer/dryer in the unit for convenience. A 65" flat screen TV in the living room as well as 55" flat screens in the guest bedrooms. Free WIFI is available in the unit and throughout the building.

The master is equipped with a King size bed and adjoining full bath. Guest bedroom has two Queen size beds and a second adjoining full size bath. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and 2 chairs for seating. Dining area has seating for six and 2 additional bar stools are available for seating at the kitchen counter.

The gulf front balcony can be accessed directly from sliding doors from either the master bedroom or living room and has seating for four.

Guests are required by building management to purchase a parking pass for each vehicle upon arrival ($55). 2 Vehicle limit.

Treasure on the Gulf

Stunning beach view

This condo is wonderful with an amazing beach view. Beautifully decorated and in the perfect location in Orange Beach. We will definitely book this place again. We are already planning our next beach getaway.

Anniversary getaway

This condo was so beautiful and cozy. My husband and i stayed here for our anniversary and we cant wait to come back. The home was very clean, beautiful breath taking direct view of the ocean. We enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony every morning. Would definitely recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed

Another Great Week

This was our fourth year at Phoenix VII and our first in this particular unit. We love how family friendly the whole experience is. We are thoroughly entertained at the condo with the pool and excellent beach access but know that plenty of other attractions exist.This particular condo was perfect for us. The second bedroom allowed my MIL to have her own room and the second bathroom was a godsend.

Great place!

The unit is at nice, very family friendly, at a great location (nearby good restaurants and activities), and the owners were just a text away and quick to respond. Definitely looking forward to another stay here in the future.

Wonderful place

My wife and I had a great stay here. The property was clean and had all the amenities we neded for our stay. I only had a few questions for owner while we were there and she was very quick to respond. Would definitely return.

Great condo

Condo had everything we needed. Direct access to the beach. Indoor pool was rarely busy with 3 hot tubs. It has a great view of the beach from the back and the views from the walkway out front are equally fantastic

Great Condo

The condo was great and Lori was very quick to respond to answer questions I had. The photos are accurate; everything was nice. The only issue we had were with the second bedroom mattresses. They are in need to replacement as they sink in the middle.

Perfect Rental

We loved our time at Orange Beach!! The unit was gorgeous and fit our family perfectly and looks as great in person as the pics. The complex is really large but we only had to wait for an elevator on 2 occasions. We spent most of the daylight hours out at the beach but did swim some in the afternoons. Outdoor pool is still a bit cold early in April but the kids jumped right in anyway. 😀 Hope we can come back sometime soon!

We stay at Phoenix VII every summer! Location and complex are always great! The elevators do get busy on check in and out days! The condo was great. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great, plenty of room for my family of 4. The view is amazing! The only thing I can say is that the condo just needed a little tlc as far as the shades for the balcony doors and the shower doors! We would definitely stay again in this condo!

Needs some work

Is advertised as remodeled in 2018 which it appears it partially was, but it needs more work. Great hardwood floors throughout, updated beds and furniture. But your ceilings are dirty appearing with a lot of waterspots (?) or mildew(?) And floorboards and other areas of wall need painting. Also if you replace the cabinet fronts, paint the rest of the cabinets , the doors are white and rest of cabinet is dirty yellow. Could be a great place but needs work.

Unexpected circumstances

First - location was perfect and unit was stocked well Unfortunately our entry was less than perfect. We found out a few hours before we arrived that work was being done in the unit that was not complete. The mess that was left behind was unacceptable and the ceilings were left unpainted. Also, the living furniture needed at the very least a good cleaning and/or replaced as some of the chairs were beginning to shred. The manager did respond as best she could but it did not change the circumstances.

Great Stay!!

Lori was an amazing host who gave such details from the beginning that she answered all of my questions without me even having to ask! The condo was spotless when we got there and was everything we were expecting! The views were amazing and I will definitely be booking with her again!

Our condo was more than we could of ever expected!!! Perfect location, beautiful views, short walk to the water, and the place felt like home with everything we needed to cook meals, relax, and sleep comfortably!! We will for sure be going back!!

Fine But Needs a Few Things

The condo was fine and very clean the only comment I would give is the couch is so uncomfortable we couldn’t even sit on it. The other is the chairs for the kitchen table all metal were horrible. We had to use their pillow to sit on. They are the actual metal chairs from any ice cream shop. I suggest you replace we couldn’t invite people over they were so uncomfortable.

Nice room

We had a nice stay in orange beach. The resort is very nice and easy access to the beach and pool. The room was nice but needed a few things fixed in the room. I know it is a new unit for the owners and they are still working on fixing it up so I am sure that will come with time.

Absolutely perfect!

Let me first say that the most important thing I look for in a vacation spot is cleanliness. I’ve found myself cleaning after the cleaning crew in many units thru the years. Not this time! They knocked it out of the park. It was spotless from one end to the other. It didn’t just smell clean, it was clean. It set the standard for the rest of our trip. Perfect! We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

Our first Baldwin County property, on West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores, was purchased in 2004. We have watched the explosion down in the Orange Beach area and wanted to be able to offer a property down there. Phoenix VII, Unit #1415 is an awesome corner unit with the best views!!
