5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival for $55 each (price subject to change, limit 2).

My husband and I were here to celebrated our 25th Anniversary, we had a wonderful stay. The only complaint that I have is that they did not tell me ahead of booking that there would be a 55 parking fee. That is something that I feel should be made aware of ahead of time. Otherwise, the unit was great.The views were spectacular, the unit was clean with all needed amenities, the bed was comfortable and the ease of check in and check out was great as well.

The unit was accurately portrayed in the photos. The view of the gulf was perfect. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to brunch or Caostal. We would definitely stay here again.

Short and Sweet

Just a little getaway from the hustle and bustle of Christmas. Comfortable stay, rental was equipped with all that we needed. The only drawback was the extremely cold weather and a major draft that was coming in from all sides of the front door. But hey we have no control over Mother Nature!! Would definitely stay again 🙂

The ancient dryer burned two of my shirts to the point they were unwearable and I alerted customer service about it and no one has done anything.

Nice beach

It was a nice beach but overall I would have changed a few things! The construction was very noisy and annoying but rest of trip was good. I think the room could have been a little cleaner. Looks like the cabinet doors were in major need of cleaning. Stains on bedroom carpet.

The freezer nor the ice maker ever worked the entire stay. Finally on the last day they brought a second refrigerator in room which took up space in the small room. Dishwasher would not start maintenance had to come up the two times I it wouldn’t even start on my last day. Paint chipped throughout the condo. No smart tv available. Mold in bathroom in tub and also the drain plug had mold as well. Carpet in bedroom had multiple stains and closet door was extremely difficult to open. Would not recommend this unit to anyone

Location was great, staff was helpful, but the unit needs updated painting, decor and furniture. In particular the couch was very uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times. We were given no notice of the disruptive contractor work being done in the lobby. All in all, there are better units available in the area for similar cost.

Not impressed

Couch was dirty and very uncomfortable to sit on. Area rug really dirty. Internet wasn’t working and instructions on who to call were not correct. Window in bedroom had a cheap shade that did nothing to block out the outside lights which made it really hard to sleep. Condo building was under renovation and was a mess in the lobby area. I would not stay here again.
