There is also an office with a desk for working at home with a printer for you to use and fiber optic cable for high-speed internet and TV. This community offers a large community pool and hot tub and a gym with everything you need. Also, there is plenty of sidewalks for walking 12 months out of the year here. Very comfortable area for Florida living at its finest. The two-car garage leads to stairs to the almost 2,200 square feet of living space with high ceilings immediately overlooking the preserve out back.
