Stunning Los Estados Single Family Home in the La Quinta Resort

This gorgeous house is located in the exclusive Los Estados area of La Quinta Resort, right on the golf course. Walk to resort restaurants and shops or use one of the 5 bikes we have. 4 bedrooms all with king sized beds and 3.5 bathrooms. Includes a large kitchen with island and eating area, dining room, and living room with a lot of seating. The house has a total of 6 TVs! 2 car garage plus street parking for 2 cars. Fenced yard with a private heated pool and hot tub, gas BBQ, outdoor pizza oven, and fire pit. You also have access to the Los Estados community pool and spa. Gorgeous back patio that overlooks the 11th hole on La Quinta Mountain Course.

There is a 30 day minimum rental per HOA rules with a max of 8 people (not including babies in cribs). Rent this beautiful house for a month and soak up the La Quinta sun!

Golfers dream house

We had a wonderful stay at this house during our golf trip.. Great location, well equipped, and superior response and support from the owners.

Wonderful stay in paradise

We had a fantastic 6 week stay in La Quinta. Hayley, our host, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, The house is extremely spacious and suited our family really well. The outdoor space is wonderful for reading, sitting by the pool, dining or watching golfers hit off the tee. We love to bike and hike which were easily accessible. We enjoyed Old Town La Quinta, a 5 minute drive from the house, for its restaurants, farmers market and art fair. We have spent the past 5 winters in the area and this was our very best. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Great spot in La Quinta

Loved our time at this gem. From beginning to end, Haley made sure everything was taken care of. House is hidden off the beaten path which made it a great getaway. Hope to make it back out soon.

Lovely home in the La Quinta Resort neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at Hayley's lovely home in the Los Estados neighborhood of the La Quinta Resort. This home is spacious with each bedroom quite roomy and comfortable with king beds. The patio is fabulous with lots of spaces to sit and enjoy the various views either of the golf course or the mountains. We spent many nights eating outside thanks to a lovely new patio heater. This area of the resort is quiet which we appreciated. Hayley is very responsive to email inquiries. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks! Lisa

Large, nicely furnished home in beautiful location

We loved this house! Plenty of room for a large family with 4 BR. Stocked with large TVs, a nice kitchen, bikes, and nice pool with hot tub. The hosts left a good amount of amenities (paper towels, TP, detergent, spices) and Hayley was communicative and helpful with our questions. Very quiet area at the end of a gate that serves as a cul-de-sac. We would absolutely come here again.
