Bruno and Kakie welcome you to this pretty detached T2 house of 35m2 with its own small garden and SPA. The parking is in co-ownership with a house, This parking is secured by an automatic gate.

Located 5 minutes from the center of Ile Rousse. You will appreciate the quiet location not overlooked and facing the mountains.

You will also appreciate nearby; its beaches, restaurants, supermarkets... and the Michelin which serves all the beaches as far as Calvi.
You can enjoy the hiking trails
scuba diving.
The house is non-smoking, it includes:
A living room and dining area in a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating, a sitting area with a sofa and a TV.
Dining areas; indoor and outdoor
the kitchen area: Fully equipped, electric hob, oven, microwave oven, classic electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, small dishwasher and washing machine.
We provide you with spices and kitchen essentials.
Pretty little quiet room: 1 bed of 140, double curtains and shutters for a good sleep, a wardrobe for your clothes.
Bathroom: Walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet.
Sheets, towels and dish towels provided.
This apartment is air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter.
Tiled and shaded terrace with table and 4 chairs and plancha, garden furniture and sheltered outdoor SPA, outdoor shower. Sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine.
Reserved vehicle parking within the property.

Until next time!

Very complete, very comfortable, clean and close to town and beach. Sun/shade garden; good for an outdoor siesta. Very private. The host was there when needed.

Nous avons passé de très bons jours sur les hauteurs de l'Ile Rousse. Le logement était mieux qu'espéré avec un sentiment d'intimité vraiment appréciable. Nous pensons revenir à l'avenir.Claire & Antoine

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, au calme , très agréable avec sa terrasse ombragée , sans oublier son jacuzzi sous le petit préau en soirée...Location très confortable, à quelques encablures de la côte, idéalement situé pour rayonner à la decouverte de la Balagne.Excellent accueil de Kakhie et Bruno ...

Location juste parfaite

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des vacances formidables. Propreté irréprochable, accueil parfait, petit panier de bienvenue. Jaccuzi au top. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Comme à la maison!

Nous avons passé un séjour ressourçant chez Kakie et Bruno. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’emplacement est idéal pour circuiter sur la Balagne et les alentours : Calvi, les villages de Balagne, Saint-Florent… Tout est récent dans l’appartement. Il est très fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre!

séjour à l'Ile Rousse

très belle petite maison, très bien équipée et très confortable, bien placée et au calme, Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande cette location. Bruno et Kakie sont très gentils et à l'écoute.

Un sublime séjour sur l’île rousse

Quelques jours passés sur l’Ile Rousse dans la sublime maison de Kakie et Bruno. Idéalement située, au calme et excellemment bien équipée (car nous sommes venus en avion). Kakie et Bruno sont adorables, serviable et à l’écoute. Nous recommandons ce logement.
