Villa Esperanza is a luxury condominium in the heart of shopping, dinning, and outdoor activities. Private and quiet condominium! The Mesilla Plaza is surrounded by fine restaurants and shops, and its brick-lined streets have been traveled by characters such as Billy the Kid and Pat Garrett. In nearby Las Cruces, you'll find a friendly town with a large university, theaters, restaurants, golf courses, hospitals and all types of civic events. Of course, Las Cruces has many stores and shopping malls, and a new shopping center located close to the community. El Paso and Juarez, Mexico are 40 miles south, and fishing, horse racing, boating and Casino Apache are all within easy driving distance. All of this in the most enjoyable climate you can imagine!

Our family really enjoyed staying here! The condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, we quite enjoyed Casa Rossa (wine/pizza) which we walked to our first night. Andeles is just down the street which we also thoroughly enjoyed. We had a habit of watching the sunrise from the patio facing the Organ Mountains. We also enjoyed having the pool, though as other reviewers mentioned, the pool is not heated, it was quite cold when we were there.Would certainly stay here again next time we're in Cruces.

Absolutely perfect! Cute quiet secure condo 15” walk to old Mesilla. Kitchen was well stocked. Our host Ana was incredible, checking in occasionally to make sure everything was ok. Pool is not heated in winter months if that’s important to you. The pool area is open though and it was so warm in this enclosed condo area. One thing I would note that I don’t think was in the description is that this condo is on the second floor, 18 steps, no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, this would be difficult. This condo is definitely a winner!

Was perfect for my needs!

The location for this property was great! Very close to Mesilla, right off the highway, secure! I felt safe there, I will stay there again no doubt. It was equipped with everything I needed as well.

Great condo at a perfect location

This condo is comfy and cozy and at the perfect location to walk to many fine restaurants and lounges. The condo was clean and the furniture comfortable, including the beds. The security gates made us feel safe. The area is quiet and peaceful. We loved it!

Golf getaway

It was a great place and we loved the location near Old Mesilla. We were able to access the freeways easily to get to the golf courses and then come back and walk to Old Mesilla for dinner. Very cool!

the condo complex is in a good location with easy access to everything we needed. The unit is tired looking inside and needs refreshing (or at least a deep cleaning).

Nice Condos. Beautiful views.

Very pleasant experience. Peaceful. No problems. Condo looks like photos. Only issues were dust blowing from A/C vents. Condo could use a deep cleaning. People friendly. Ana, Manager did an excellent job in assisting us for our trip!! Thank you John
