Very Accomodating

This place was great! The location was perfect, a short walk to beautiful Masilla. With one of our favorite coffee stops along the way, The Bean. The owner was quick I respond to messages and even left some local treats for us upon our arrival. Which was so nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Melrose Place

Reminded me of Melrose Place b/c the pool was the epicenter of the condos. It was only a few steps away from the door and never crowded. Such a relaxing place. I also had no idea Mesilla was such a culinary hotspot! Gained 4 pounds.😬

Spring break in Las Cruces

The condo and complex were lovely. We had plenty of space and amenities. Loved that there was a washer/dryer in the condo. The pool was clean and kept at a nice temperature. We enjoyed seeing hummingbirds in the tree off the patio and hearing the doves. Great hiking nearby.

First time VRBO client and it was Amazing!

Ana our contact person responded quickly to any questions that we had. The picture on the on-line site did not do the Condo justice, it was nicer. The air conditioning worked well and was enhanced by the extremely quiet ceiling fans. It came well equipped for anyone who is used to ALL the amenities of home and we put it to good use. The neighbors were friendly, the area well lit at night. The rental policy of the place was spelled out and understandable. Ana also helped us during an unexpected medical emergency that allowed us to extend our stay. (Even if not possible, we were thankful for her efforts). I agree with other positive reviewers to be diligent in reading all the information. We did check prior reviewers that helped us make this decision. We were glad to have had an enjoyable stay without any discourse and would be willing to again make use of this particular rental site.

Nice quiet place, we wish the pool is open for something to do during the day. Hopefully next time

Overall a great place to stay. The one thing it needs is a king-size bed in the master.

Quiet and cozy

Loved the condo and the location! Quality construction and layout meant we didn’t hear people next door or in the second bedroom. Condo was well-equipped with everything we needed.

Amazing property!

This is the perfect place to unwind. The pool is gorgeous and other residents and renters very friendly. I used the fitness center, three of us there at the same time and still very comfortable. Very clean and comfortable. Towels are thick and luxurious. Towels provided for the pool area. The decor is fun. Enjoyed the theme. Absolutely loved the recliner, where can I purchase on? The red couch was also very comfortable, where can I purchase that? Thanks for a lovely stay. One thing, the gates would just not cooperate maybe it was a one-time thing. Mostly to let us out, LOL! Glad there are 3 ways to get out. Maybe let people know in the info what to do if that happens. Again thank you so much! Such a great condo.

Family get together

Our family is growing and our house is not big enough to house everybody when we all get together, so we rented this condo. The hostess was wonderful and great to communicate with. The condo was comfortable and welcoming. Nice location and very quiet and relaxing.

Lovely stop in old Los Cruces

Attractive condo with everything you need to make your stay a home away from home. The beds were amazingly comfortable!! It was well decorated with southwestern flair. We were only there one night but it was a lovely stop on our journey through New Mexico and Texas.

Great condo

This is a great condo with easy access to Las Cruces and old Messila. Great shops and Mexican restaurants nearby. Will definitely be looking to stay again when in town for another Bataan Memorial Death March.

Las Cruces Getaway Made Perfect!

Many thanks to Ana for her hospitality! Our condo was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed complete with granite counters and high quality furnishings. Sheets felt crisp and fresh. Location was great and center courtyard with pool very beautiful. It felt very homey and good! Will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful retreat!

The location was great, safe, and very well kept up. Our family loved the space and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and some snacks! It served as a wonderful retreat while visiting Las Cruces and we will definitely be staying there again! The host (Ana) was also a joy to work with. I recommend this place highly!

Superb Vacation Rental

This is one of the best condos we’ve stayed in. It is right in the middle of the best parts of the Mesilla Valley, the owners were very helpful and quick to respond to questions, and the condo is beautiful. It is immaculate, wonderfully appointed, and they were thoughtful enough to leave a gift for us. The development is a gated community with a pool, bbq, and very quiet neighbors. We would very definitely recommend this rental to anyone going to the Mesilla Valley/Las Cruces area. Thank you!

Home Away From Home

Thank you for a wonderful holiday! The condo was comfortable and all the amenities were fantastic. Location was close to everything we needed: historical sites, museums, shopping, and delicious Mexican cuisine. Many thanks to Ana, she was very easy to communicate with and replied promptly.
