Cocoonr offers you this tastefully restored 90 m² house for rent in Saint-Coulomb, on the seafront, 5 minutes' walk from the superb Chevrets beach. It can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a beautiful living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.
First floor:
- a beautiful living room with lounge, TV corner and dining area,
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- laundry room,
- toilet.
First floor:
- a master suite with double bed (160x200), private bathroom with bath and shower
- bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200).
- a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
- separate toilet.
A lovely terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The house is adjoined by the Ecume house, which sleeps 5 and can also be booked at Cocoonr.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Coulomb, in very pleasant surroundings. The shops in the center of Saint-Coulomb (bakery, butcher's, chemist's, mini-market) are a 5-minute drive away.
The Chevrets beach is a 5-minute walk away, St Malo Intra Muros is 10 km and Cancale 10km, while Mont St Michel is 40 km away.
Nearest SNCF train station: Gare de Saint-Malo is about 15 min by car (10km), nearest airport: Aéroport de Rennes about 1h15 by car (81.3 km).
Transportation :
Private parking is available in the large hangar opposite the house.
Other remarks :
- The house is semi-detached. L'Ecume, next door, sleeps 5 and can also be booked directly through Cocoonr.
- This house is equipped with wifi connection.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you'll find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.
- You'll be able to access the accommodation independently, with a key box on site.
