You can't help but relax in this beautiful La Quinta cove home! The great room has a comfy large sectional perfect for relaxing, playing family games around the coffee table, or binging Prime or Netflix on the Smart TV. Dining table seats 10 easily with additional bar seating at the kitchen peninsula for 4. Stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances and basic spices and condiments so you can cook and entertain to your heart's content.

Backyard salt cell pool has built-in spa and can be heated for additional cost (1 propane tank of 172 gallons provided for free - any additional tank refills at cost to tenant). Outdoor sectional and comfy chairs with pool shade means ultimate lounging and enjoyment in this very private back yard. Outdoor propane BBQ allows for grilling while enjoying swim time. Sip your coffee in the morning or wine in the late afternoon while gazing at the mountain views before taking a dip!

You will find every amenity you need in this modern, clean and cozy home. Central AC and heat plus ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms and living room make for a very comfortable stay.

The home is situated in the middle of the cove on a nice, quiet street. It is perfectly located near hiking trails, the shopping mecca of Hwy 111, and La Quinta village where you will find great restaurants, shops and cafes.
Sorry, no pets, no smoking and no loud parties.

Love It In La Quinta

Cara was awesome to work with. We have been renting through VRBO for 15 years and she is by far the best host. The location is fantastic and the neighborhood is beautiful, and felt very safe. Lots of places to walk and some great trails a few blocks away. All types of shopping and restaurants just 10 minutes away. The house and yard worked well for our group of five adults. Lots of seating inside and out. The owners have made improvements to the pool area to make it even nicer than the pictures show. The beds and bedding were comfortable other than the pillows. We loved the reverse osmosis water system ,which was plumbed into the fridge , so we didn't have to purchase drinking water or ice. This property exceeded our expectations and we have already booked for next year.

Five Star PLUS!

Can't say enough about Cara and her wonderful house in La Quinta. My wife and I spent two winter months here and couldn't have been happier. The house is just extremely comfortable, well-laid out and complete with everything you need to feel right at home. Cara is an AWESOME host who is able to look after your every need without being intrusive in any way. Our only regret is not being able to give more than 5 stars!

A Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this home. It's super clean, well decorated and landscaped and in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The owner was very easy to work with, super responsive and went above and beyond to answer any and all questions, even providing tips on the local area! My husband and I needed a relaxing space to work remote during COVID and this checked all those boxes and then some. Would definitely recommend this Vrbo!

We love the quaint feel of the cove and it was our dream to finally purchase a home here. We put our hearts and souls into creating a retreat that we can share with you and your family. We remodeled and furnished this home to our high standards so that we hope you find it comfortable and relaxing. Our family of 3 (Michael, Cara & our teenage son Zaiden) enjoys traveling, eating at restaurants, watching Netflix, shopping, and spending time together!
