March Getaway

What could have been a 4 star rating is reduced to a 3 star rating as the owner didn't accomodate us on providing enough toilet paper,no tissue and lacked basic kitchen supplies. The courtyard lacked patio furniture and we had to move patio furniture from the back to the front patio when we wanted to sit out in the morning in the courtyard. I have rented at PGA several times and have not encountered this. The condo had a good layout for 2 couples, each bedroom had it's own ensuite. Then den appeared to be in the stage of being furnished but not completed. Hope the owner will attend to these minor issues for their next renters.

We appreciate the comments on the courtyard furniture and will indeed have more added in future. Most guests use the front patio which is fully furnished with tables, chairs, chaise lounges, etc, as it provides amazing views of the mountains, lake, and fairways. Our kitchen is fully stocked (more so than my home kitchen) so I would have loved more info on what was missing. Indeed the decor throughout the condo is clean and minimalist (you won't find any clutter there), but it certainly is fully furnished. Additionally, we provide guests plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, etc for their stay. 4 rolls for a week's stay seems sufficient to most, and since we bent over backwards for this guest (providing a significant discount & juggling dates for her when booking), I would have hoped she could have just picked up an extra roll at the store instead of insisting our cleaner drop it off. Some guests may be more suited for a hotel with housekeeping, than a condo experience.

House was just like it looked on the site. Clean and beautiful views!! Would stay again for sure!!

Process was great. Easy check in (no Ring camera which in this day is a great thing for privacy) and place was super clean!!

Good dessert accommodations.

PGA West is a great dessert place to stay. It's not your typical resort, in fact, there are many full time residents that live there. That said, all the amenities you could want are either within the community or close by in the dessert cities. Check-in was a bit "wobbly", but the owner is easy to reach so any issues were swiftly addressed. We'd stay here again.

West getaway!

Just the week (Feb 16-23) to escape a cold rainy week back East. Perfect quiet golf course view. Great location for restaurants and shopping in LaQinta, many golf courses to choose from, day trips into Palm Springs, the zoo, or a Joshua Tree Nat’l Park. House well designed, comfortable, well equipped.

Overall impression was good.

I would like to 1st of all say that Vanessa was very responsive to me right from the beginning of our time in her condo. We did have a bit of a rocky start due to a haphazard cleaning crew who inadvertantly did not have the property actually secured as it should have been and so I contacted Vanessa right away and she was very responsive to our situation. The cleaners had left no toilet paper in the condo and we had to hunt for washcloths in the master bathroom and the refrigerator hadn't been all the way cleaned out. There was also trash left behind in the garage. We passed this information along and she apologized and said that she would be taking action. In the meantime we purchased the necessary supplies and hope to be reimbursed along with the deposit if possible. We just didn't feel like making a grocery store run after being in airports all day but we did need to do that so hopefully that cleaning crew has either been replaced or spoken to regarding the way that things were left for our arrival. On the upside everything was very clean and the the main TV worked great, had to get instructions from Vanessa on the TV in the master and she responded right away to help us out with that. The beds were SUPER comfy, however the sinks both had chips in them, and the hot water took awhile to reach the faucets but noticed it was in the garage so that makes sense too. The 2nd bathroom shower could use a little bit of an update, but overall, everything was good after the initial problems were resolved. Our stay was enjoyable and the neighborhood is excellent to walk in and the pool was only 5 units away. There was a basket on the kitchen counter that contained information on nearby restaurants, activities in the area, trash collection, etc... which was most helpful too. The 1st week was quite rainy, but our 2nd week was beautiful in the desert...Thank you Vanessa!

Spacious, lovely and comfortable!

This was our first visit to the area and was a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this condo. It was spacious and easy for my elderly father to move around in safely. It was clean, well equipped and furnished beautifully. The property manager had a new garbage disposer installed while we were there and it was done quietly and quickly with no bother to us. We loved the view on the patio side and it looked just like the pictures, as did the indoor shots. We did a lot of cooking but restaurants are abundant. Don't miss the tram ride! When you enter the condo, you will see that everything was presented exactly the way it is and we appreciated that. Good job, Vanessa!

Beautiful and Clean!

We had a wonderful long weekend in La Quinta. The property was extremely clean. It was great sitting on the back patio overlooking the golf course. It was very quiet but not too far from restaurants and shopping.

Love the sun

We enjoyed our stay in La Quinta, and the condo looked pretty much like the pictures. It has a higher ceiling which makes it feel much larger. The owner was very accommodating. We had a problem with the A/C not working and within 24 hours, she had called a repairman and the unit was replaced. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils, although the cabinets and range are not updated. I do a lot of cooking so I was glad to have what I needed. The furniture is very comfortable with plenty of seating in the living room, and the bed was great. The bathrooms had nice new towels, although the cabinets and fixtures definitely show their age. All in all, it was a nice place to get away from the cold and rain in Seattle.

Amazing vacation! We love this place!!

This condo could not have been more perfect. It is in one of the best spots in PGA West. We've visited the complex quite a bit over the years and this was a favorite. The view from the patio is gorgeous, and there is great afternoon sun on the patio. The condo itself was lovely-- very comfortable and clean and great decor. Everything we needed was right there (including stuff for our baby) and the beds are SO comfortable (we all slept like babies). There is a great bbq and two pools a very short walk away. The owner also leaves some great local recommendations (Ernies!). A totally relaxing and beautiful place. We will be back. I can't recommend this enough!!

Fabulous!

We had never been to La Quinta so did not know what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised how beautiful it was. The condo and its location were wonderful!! The condo was perfect for us and another couple! We each had our own rooms and bathrooms! The view on the back patio was beautiful! We would definetely recommend staying here and can't wait till we can return!

A great stay in a great condo!

We loved staying in this condo in PGA west. It was newly furnished and super clean and had everything we needed (and more!). It's in such a beautiful location with amazing views of the mountains and water. We would sit out on the patio and watch the golf or enjoy the sun setting over the mountains. The owner was very communicative and even provided a great list of local recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Great Home on PGA Course

I stayed at Vanessa's home with 4 other friends during Coachella. The house is newly furnished (very comfortable beds and couches), and the house appears larger in person than in the photos. The views are amazing! Right on the golf course and looking out to the mountains. Pool is 5 doors down. If I come back to La Quinta I will definitely stay here!

Paradise In The Desert

This condo was the perfect weekend getaway. It had every accommodation you could ask for (pool, washer/dryer, coffee maker, peace and quiet)! The condo itself was very spacious, modern and clean. I would completely recommend this place and come back in the future.

Relaxing & Gorgeous Getaway Condo!

My husband wanted to take our first family vacation with our 9 month old son out to the desert for Thanksgiving weekend. We normally have family that we stay with in La Quinta, but they were out of town and we wanted to find our own place anyways. We found this condo and LOVED it! It worked perfect for us. The place was exactly as described and had everything we needed. We can't wait to rent this place again and make it an annual trip!
