Your reservation includes passes to the Wilderness at the Smokies Water Parks located right next door! Each guest will receive a pass up to a maximum of 8 guests. The Wilderness outdoor water parks will be closed for the season starting Aug. 10th. The Wilderness indoor waterpark, Wild Waterdome, is open year round. You will also receive free passes for Saturday and Sunday through September to the new Soaky Mountains Waterpark located across the street. Parking is also free.


The on-site water parks are not managed by Wyndham, and hours may vary due to staffing, repairs or other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, the parks have reduced hours of operation annually starting mid-August and lasting until the parks close for the season. Some resort amenities are currently unavailable including, but not limited to, some pools, restaurants, all hot tubs, bars and fitness centers. Wyndham and Wilderness Waterpark reserves the right to open and close amenities prior to or during guest stays at their discretion.
