Extremely Nice, Clean, New Construction

The stay was great. The place is extremely nice and well equipped with nice cooking utensils. We did not cook but we will next time :)Very close to just about everything and highly recommend it.

The property was very presentable and cared for. It was in a good location in Sevierville and an easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. With this being said, the property did not list all surveillance items. The property does have a Ring doorbell camera facing the front of the property, which is to be expected. However, we discovered a Ring device that doubles as a listening device in the kitchen area. This is very concerning as we had our children on site and had private conversations. I contacted the host and received a reply that they would look into the property description. I would be cautious in renting this unit in the future.

Great and spacious townhouse

We really enjoyed our stay here… the pictures match the townhouse exactly. The place was spacious to spread out and being able to take the back roads around pigeon forge was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Super clean!

The property was super clean, very fresh and new. The decor was very nicely done in the home. The property manager communicated very well and was quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. Overall really nice stay and would stay their again.

Great Location and Clean

My family enjoyed a weekend in this new townhome. The location was great with easy access to all the attractions. The townhome was clean and the owner was quick to reply to any questions.

Great location for us

First impressions were great. Beds VERY soft, the trundle bed was not attached to the as shown in pictures. Communication with host went smoothly. Check-in process was easy. Game room.a plus with kiddos. Was expecting bath soap and shampoo as other places we have stayed have had.. Overall it was ok. Would recommend.

Clean, quiet and convenient location

This condo had all the amenities and was very clean. Online pictures were very accurate and communication with owner was excellent. Quiet and within minutes of Dollywood.

Family Christmas in Gatlinburg

We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for our family. We were so happy they had a small Christmas tree set up. It made our Christmas even more special. Gatlinburg was a blast! So much to do and see. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Amazing stay in the Smokies!

Loved this new and modern townhome! Centrally located and easy to get to all of the activities we enjoy. Great set up for our family. Teenagers loved the downstairs game room! Owner was very responsive and helpful. Coffee maker broke on day 2 of our stay and the owner had a new one delivered that afternoon. Would definitely love to stay at this property again!

Great location

We needed a place to stay for a wedding weekend. The owner was extremely helpful and was very quick to respond. The townhouse was beautiful and clean. We would highly recommend.

Ideal Townhouse

While the property is not situated in the middle of the tourist corridor, it is wildly convenient via its backroad access to get to literally anywhere in minutes. The layout of the property couldn't be more ideal. So much so, I wish I could pick it up and bring it home.

I Chose this property because i've always wanted a place i can have to just GET AWAY. This is the perfect location if you are looking to get away from all the noise that the city brings, but also being close enough to restaurants & entertainment.

Me being from Utah, it is very different here then it is in Tennessee. They each have their beautiful qualities about them. I love coming here to cherish them both.
