This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.



Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, and starter supplies (trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper).

Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.

No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

Important Notice:

- There is an ongoing structural maintenance taking place at the resort, focusing on the balconies and exterior columns. Construction crews will be working on different sections of the building. Guests may experience some construction noise during the day. Workers may also be on exterior scaffolding, temporarily obstructing some views. For privacy, guests can close curtains when crews are nearby. Please expect possible noise, and pool shut off, and limited access to the balconies during operation hours for safety purposes.

This condo has been completely updated as has much of the common spaces. Everything you need and the perfect location. Julie was so wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

Easy parking and very close to all amenities, condo was the perfect size for my husband and myself. Pool areas were kept very clean. Will definitely stay again!!

Nice oceanfront condo. We spent a lot of time around the pool, swimming, hot tubbing, enjoying the beach.

Quick Getaway

This place was in a great spot. We could walk to Barefoot Landing, great restaurants, and was a short Uber ride away from many more. The outside pools were great. The outdoor beach bar was my favorite. Genae, the bartender was very friendly!

Nice Getaway!

Very pleased with all the little extras in the condo! Nice towels & soaps like you use at home! Great hot water in the shower/tub but sadly the hot water in the sinks were lacking.

Family Vacation

The place was just as pictured. Barefoot landing was just up the road, Wal-Mart 2 miles away. The beds we're very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Check in and out was simple. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you VRBO, our trip was great!!!!!

I would come back!

This was a lovely and well maintained resort. The condo was exactly as listed and very clean. The location of the resort was great. You can go to tourist places or find some local color. The beach was great. I have nothing negative to say except understand with that great pool area, you will have families and kids. All in all, that wasn't even too bad either. I would come back here again.
