New Hardwood floors! This updated townhome is in the heart of Mount Pleasant and just 10 minutes to Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms and downtown Charleston. Take a dip in the community pool just steps from the front door (April - Oct. ) Or, take a quick walk to local shops and restaurants.
Enjoy two bedrooms each with comfy queen beds and ensuite bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The spacious living room provides a queen pullout couch and cable TV with apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials including a Keurig for your morning cup of joe.
The front porch is great to hang out and enjoy the sun or grill up your favorites for dinner. Afterwards, stay in and watch a movie on the flat screen with access to all of your favorite shows and apps.
**pet friendly WITH a pet fee of $150 per pet. Limit to one med to large or two small under 30 lbs.

We truly enjoyed our stay while attending a family wedding. The home was charming, welcoming, and absolutely spotless—the pictures really don’t do it justice! The linens were fresh and crisp, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was beautifully maintained. We would happily stay here again!

We rented to stay near a travel baseball tournament. The condo was very nice, very clean, and lots of space to relax and cool down. We were able to drive to the beach, restaurants, and activities really easily. We would stay again!

Very cute condominium, clean, and great location. Short drive to beaches, shopping, and grocery store. Less than 10 minutes to Shem Creek, with a number of popular waterfront resteraunts like Saltwater Cowboys and Water's Edge. Good communication with the owner throughout.

Perfect space away from hustle and bustle

The property was the perfect combination of being close to lots of things, but tucked away from the busy areas. Everything was as listed, very clean and very comfortable! It was the perfect size for our group of 4. Would recommend and would stay again!

The townhouse was perfect! We were in town to visit our daughter at CofC so the location was super convenient to downtown. The place was immaculate and provided everything we could have needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The washer and dryer were almost new and super quick. Loved how it was furnished and decorated. The bathrooms were also well stocked. Towels were amazing! Definitely recommend it and will probably stay here again.

Close to everything! Easy walk to some great restaurants or a just a quick drive to grocery store, downtown Charleston, beaches and shopping. The pool is great if you are here in the Summer. A dog park is just a 5 min walk as well as a dock overlooking Shem Creek.
