ビーチやカヤック用の無料駐車券を提供しています。また、ボートを使って、海に通じる広大な川や入り江や、チャールストン周辺のボート用ドッキングがあるレストランを探索することもできます。
ビーチに来てください。ただし、家の3辺を包む川と沼の息をtakingむような景色に文字通り囲まれている景色を楽しみましょう。 双眼鏡を持って、家に定期的に登場する多くの鳥や他の野生生物を見てみましょう。 メインデッキ（6席あり）、日の出と日没のバルコニー、リラックスできる日陰のバルコニーなど、4つのバルコニーでくつろぎましょう。

This was a great place to stay! Beautiful views, the kayaks were much appreciated for exploring the marsh, and only 15 minutes into the French quarter of Charleston. Quiet and peaceful and clean. Highly recommended!

Matthew was awesome - super responsive and provided a ton of information about the house and the area. There were some people staying downstairs and we never heard a sound from them. The place is super updated with fresh linens, spacious bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and more. Location is perfect to run into town or out to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great location between downtown Charleston and Folly beach. The house had everything we needed and the views of the sunset were perfect. The master had privacy on the third floor and two other bedrooms were on the second floor, with the living room, dining room and kitchen. I hope to come back again. Thank you for the memories!

Long weekend trip to Charleston

Conveniently located out near the beach. Drive into Charleston was quick and easy. Enjoyed watching the tides come and go on the marsh. Inside was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Perfect Location, Beautiful Views, & Great Amenities

Our stay was wonderful, check-in was easy, all amenities as described. We arrived early am and were granted early access as the property was open the day before with zero fees unlike other properties. Distance to Folly, Downtown Charleston, & Mt. P. was perfect. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!!

Beautiful getaway!

This is probably the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The scenery was breathtaking, and my family enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. We saw tiny crabs, ducks, fish, birds and even a dolphin during low tide from the dock. The house itself was wonderful! Cozy and clean. My kids enjoyed playing the board games and the provided kayaks were a real treat and we enjoyed them so much! Also wanted to add that we encountered an issue with checking in - a problem that was completely beyond the owner’s control and one that we were notified about before arrival. I wanted to mention this to give the owner kudos in how it was handled. He communicated with us immediately, and made sure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. He also routinely checked in to make sure we were happy and was so generous in offerings to make amends. We were so appreciative of how wonderfully everything was handled! We are hoping to stay here again this summer!

Second Great Trip To This House

This was the second long weekend we spent at this property while visiting our now two Citadel cadets. Everything was great. House was clean. Well supplied. And a stress free experience. We will be back!

Home away from home

Wonderful accommodations! It had everything we needed to feel like we were at home, complete with games that my family and I played; bingo and candyland were our choices. It the perfect location, and it's very quiet on the marsh. Stunning views. Comfy beds. Nice furniture. Loved it!

This is the perfect place to stay. Location is great. House was perfect for us. I loved the view of the tidal river and all the big birds. I even saw a vald eagle fly by.We will stay hete agsin.

Great Stay and Location

The owner of the property was so awesome and responsive, it was great!!Property was amazingly located on the water, it was great to walk out onto the dock in the morning to pray and have a cup of coffee. Neighborhood is extremely quiet, and the house was nice. They had lots of cooking stuff if you need to make food. Best place to eat in our entire stay in Charleston was 20min away, Wild Olive, HIGHLY HIGHLY SUGGEST eating there, absolutely incredible!!

Comfortable, spacious, great views

Unfortunately for us we picked the 3 coldest day/s nights for a getaway. We did not get to use the bikes, balconies, or dock. That said, the views from inside were amazing. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed: extra blankets, towels, and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was great- easy access to beach, restaurants, supermarkets, but in a quiet residential neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

In town for Marine Corps Ball

We needed a place in Charleston to go to the Marine Corps Ball with our daughter. This was the perfect place for a family get away. Beautiful house and location. My wife even forgot and left HER pillow at the house the owner immediately mailed it to us. Definitely will stay here again and recommend anyone comeing to Charleston to give it a try.

Beautiful views

We stayed in this property for Parents Weekend at The Citadel. It was a short drive back and forth to The Citadel. The views of this property were amazing. There is a Harris Teeter close by. The manager was easy to work with, and we loved the property.

Wonderful relaxing condo

The condo is exactly as described. Everything you need is provided. We caught few fishes right at the deck and lots of blue crabs. The bicycle needs some tlc so we didn’t use it. But over alll we loved it and definitely we’ll be back.
