Hosts were super helpful and responsive. The views from the property are amazing. The children especially enjoyed exploring the marsh and kayaking. Less than 15 min drive to Folly Beach State park. Close to grocery stores, etc. House was super clean and had everything we needed, even laundry supplies, dishwashing supplies. I would recommend and would stay again.

This property fit my family's needs perfectly, and as a bonus, it was pet-friendly which made my dogs happy. The water views were beautiful, and the neighborhood felt safe. The house was clean and well-appointed but could use a little updating. We wished we had time to use the bikes and kayaks, but we were busy with MUSC's graduation festivities. The owner is a good communicator and very responsive.

The location was perfect for our visit and the house is beautiful with a great view of the marsh. We had a slight problem with the hot water and the owner was very communicative in working to fix the issue. We would love to stay at the property again on future visits to the area. It’s conveniently located between historic Charleston and Folly Beach.

Matthew was awesome - super responsive and provided a ton of information about the house and the area. There were some people staying downstairs and we never heard a sound from them. The place is super updated with fresh linens, spacious bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and more. Location is perfect to run into town or out to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great location between downtown Charleston and Folly beach. The house had everything we needed and the views of the sunset were perfect. The master had privacy on the third floor and two other bedrooms were on the second floor, with the living room, dining room and kitchen. I hope to come back again. Thank you for the memories!

Hi I’m Todd, a rock climber, surfer, skydiver and world traveler who’s made my living by using my experiences as a means of providing exceptional accommodations at an affordable price to travelers like myself. Through my travels I’ve learned that it pays to make sure things are done the right way and corners aren’t cut to save a buck. I enjoy working with people who have the same outlook and take what they do seriously. I wouldn’t want to stay somewhere that wasn’t exactly what I expected and have my vacation diminished because of that so it’s my number one goal to give each of my guests the best and most genuine vacation possible. I repeat it at each step of the process that if there is anything anyone isn’t happy with at any point in time to please let me know immediately so I can make it right. I look forward to meeting you!
