You will love this 3BR/2.5BA coastal home with gorgeous views of Palmetto Lake. The property is nestled amongst lush, low country landscaping with extra privacy provided by the adjacent lot. A welcoming front porch greets you in classic low country style. Step inside and appreciate the hardwood flooring and the abundance of natural light streaming from the windows. The living room area is highlighted by the wall mounted 65" Smart HDTV with Bluetooth sound bar. French doors open to the front porch. The dining room is adjacent to the living room area with seating for 7. Another set of French doors access the expansive back deck overlooking Palmetto Lake. A large dining table set provides additional outdoor seating options. A propane grill is located in the garage for your favorite BBQ delights. Relax and soak up the natural beauty of Seabrook Island.
The large, open kitchen is fully stocked with new cook and serve ware highlighted by Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances. You'll appreciate the ample counter space with counter height seating for 2.
Off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer/dryer. A powder room is also on the first floor.
The first floor master suite features a king bed, 55" Smart HDTV and en suite bath. The updated master bath has a tub/shower combo, single vanity and hair dryer.
Upstairs are 2 additional guest rooms that share a full hall access bath. This spacious bath is updated with single vanity, tub/shower combination and hair dryer. The first guest room has a queen bed with 43" Smart HDTV. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds.
The home also has an ergonomic office chair and a folding card table that works as a temporary office setup in the front upstairs bedroom.
Unique to Seabrook Village is a fantastic neighborhood pool and picnic area stretching out into Palmetto Lake. From here you can see the Lake House within easy walking distance where you'll also find a playground, basketball court and outdoor pool. Hop on a bike and ride the path to the Seabrook Racquet Club, into Bohicket Marina or Freshfields Shopping Village. A short car ride or more adventurous bike ride, (2.5 miles), will take you to Seabrook's North Beach. Enjoy 3.5 miles of spectacular beach that is truly a piece of paradise.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is available for purchase with this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).
minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
