ビーチ自体は、ウミガメの営巣により、このセクションでは一年中「砂から禁止」されているため、ウォーキングや自転車に最適です。 歴史的なフラッグラー通りの近くには、さらに多くのショップやパブがあります。

The condo was in a fantastic location. It was pristine. The property was quiet and had a fabulous view. This has been our favorite place to stay in our last 3 years visiting New Smyrna Beach. I will definitely look here again for our next stay!

The condo was spacious, well-equipped and clean. We were happy with everything- the super comfy bed, balcony with ocean view, tons of coat hangers(it’s all in the details), and easy beach access. We would love to stay again.

Don’s Condo

We loved this condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The view was fantastic and Castle Reef is a well maintained complex. Don was very responsive to all my questions. The only downside was the Fire alarm inspection which lasted 2 days. But the weather was perfect so we didn’t spend much time indoors and Don informed us of this when we checked in I would highly recommend this unit !!

A perfect place to stay in NSB

We couldn’t have been happier or more comfortable! The view from our balcony was great and the property is so well kept. Very easy to get to all the fun on Flagler and close to restaurants and shopping. 5 stars!

Nice large condo in super location

Great location on NSB, close to many restaurants, right on the beach. Very roomy apartment, with everything you need. Very nice pool area, great beach.

Wonderful time away!

My visit to NSB was a lovely trip down memory lane as my parents had a condo here many years ago. There were so many wonderful family memories made here! Staying in Don’s condo was a wonderful opportunity for me to reflect on many things! The condo was perfect and Don was ALWAYS available to answer any questions! I will definitely stay here again! Lovely condo

This is a nice property and location. I found places to hike and kayak, saw a satellite launch, swam in the ocean and pool. There were many good places to eat.

Perfect relaxing getaway location

Location was absolutely perfect. The no drive beach was a definite win. The unit was very clean and had everything we could ever imagine needing including beach towels, chairs and umbrella for the beach. The deck was awesome for morning coffee and sunset card games. We had all our check in instructions plenty early which was nice because then it was one less thing for me to stress over as I was getting ready. I am definitely ready to come back and would 100% rebook the same unit.

My husband & I had a great 4 night stay in this large comfortable 1 bedroom condo. We started out each morning sitting on the balcony looking at the pool & the ocean drinking our coffee. Beautifully maintained grounds & vegetation added to our pleasure. We would gladly stay here again if we visit NSB.

NSB fun

We've stayed in this unit several times. Like location and NSB small town atmosphere. Would recommend non fabric living room furniture. Fabric cannot be cleaned like other types of material. Perhaps washable furniture covers or new easily cleanable furniture.

It's all about location. You can walk to several restaurants, Only a short drive 2 miles
north to get to the main area of the beachside town with taverns, restaurants and unique shops. Of course, being on the non-driving part of the beach is a huge plus for maximum enjoyment in and out of the surf and sand.

Great view from the balcony of all activity on the beach and the pool area. Second floor location for easy in and out without having to ride up in an elevator if you choose not to.
