Oceanfront - Beautiful, Direct Oceanfront. Extra Large 1 Bedroom, 1+ Bath

Come and stay in our Beautiful, Fully Furnished Condominium overlooking the Beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Relax and Enjoy the very Private Balcony accessible from the bedroom and/or the living room. The ocean view can be enjoyed from the bedroom, living room, dinette, and kitchen. Plan your Summer Vacation or Spend the Winter at our very Comfortable Condo. This Condo has 900 square feet of living. That is more than some two-bedroom units. The Bedroom has a King-size bed and there is a Full-size sofa bed for any company you may have.

DSL Wireless Internet is available in the Condo

This Condo is on the Top Floor, (5th Floor). Beautiful Tile Throughout.

In addition to the Full Bath which has a walk-in Shower, (no tub) there is a large Dressing Area that includes an Extra Sink. Plenty of Fresh Linens are included. This condo rental does not include daily maid service.

Oceanfront Heated Pool (seasonally), Kiddie Pool, Oceanfront Deck, Lighted Tennis Court, Shuffleboard, Tropically Landscaped Courtyard, Clubhouse, and Picnic Gazebo.

Fully Furnished and Equipped with Central Air Conditioning and Heat, Internet in the Condo, 2 Color TV's with Cable, DVD Player. There is no land phone line in the condo.

Full Kitchen including Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, Small Appliances including Coffee Pot and Toaster.

App Operated Washer and Dryer is conveniently located on the same floor just steps from the condo.

Heated Pool plus a Kiddie Pool, Lighted Tennis Court, Shuffleboard, and Clubhouse.

The Beach and Ocean offers Walking, Biking, Surf Fishing, Sunning, Boating, Sailing, Water skiing, Surfing, Jet Skiing and Shelling.

This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and a gym.

The area has nearby Golf Courses, YMCA, Amusements Parks, Shopping, Horseback Riding, Live Theater, Cinemas and Lots more.

Great 1BR Oceanfront Condo

Excellent large 1BR condo, very clean/updated and owner responded very quickly when there was an AC issue. Beautiful private ocean view from balcony, and sunrise is viewable from bed. Condo very well stocked with kitchen and other stuff. Nice big pool and wading pool for grandkids. Comfy large LR / DR and new pullout air bed.

Wonderful. Will definitely Return.

We liked the proximity of the beach, pool area, shuffleboard and overall cleanliness of the ground and property. Condo is located away from the driving beach added to the overall feeling of safety and security. Owner was accessible and responsive which was greatly appreciated. Noteworthy items - the website pics are not totally accurate as the owner is in the process of upgrading and modernizing. So it is actually better than what the pictures show which is a good thing. - that there is only about 5 to 20 feet of beach during high tide. You could still sit on the deck area and enjoy the ocean. - the washers and dryers are in a common area and do not take coins. you have to use a phone app. - an on site property management office is available and helpful in answering questions.

NSB condo stay

While the decor of condo was a bit dated, it was very clean and comfortable. The oceanfront view was spectacular as were the sunrises. Susan was very responsive to our request for coffee maker, as one in condo malfunctioned on third day there. King bed was very comfortable and we both had our own comfy recliners! Location was close to everything we needed and would definitely stay there again.

Great location

First off the check in was great. Our contact person was very quick to respond and was just great. The unit is in a complex we have stayed in before and love, the location is great. The unit was clean and comfortable. But there are some small things that could use attention. but they are small and we would stay in the unit again. Thank you for working with us esp when we locked ourselves out.

Chateaux de Mildew

The view wa so spectacular! However, this property was so outdated. It even comes with a vcr machine! The curtains were so yellowed and blood stained. The amenities door was off the frame and laying on the floor. There were no amenities. Umbrella broken. Boards broken. Towels had holes and every towel was freyed. Outlets exposed. The pictures were staged. Nothing matched except that view. Which was exceptional. I did message the property owner. No response. Great view. POS condo. Feel free to ask for photos. Dirty! I was not going to review. But the owner never wanted to know. You need to know!

Always amazing

We have stayed at this condo 2 years in a row. We came back here because it is kept very clean and nicely decorated so it feels like home. The porch faces the ocean and there is a table, 2 high comfortable deck chairs and 2 shorter gliders that match. The deck has two access doors, one from the living room and one from the bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans you could possibly need. It has a nice sized refrigerator, stove, microwave and lots of counter and storage space. My wife and I love this place and hope to return again next year.

Comfortable, Clean, and a Gem of a "Care-Giver"

This property was a wonderful find! Comfortable space, clean and usable small kitchen, and comfortable bed. Oh, and the sea-side porch had decent furniture for lounging and reading and watching sunrises. The owner was available when we needed her and you can tell that she is ensuring the property is maintained - which is hard in a beachside location, I am sure. I am a care-giver and felt "care-given" as we left. Thank you, Susan!

Nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very accommodating to nay request or need. The bed was very comfortable and the pull-out sofa even had an extra foam pad to make it more comfortable as well. The location and view is amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Ocean view condo

kitchen drawer kept sliding open by itself, drove me crazy, towel rack missing in bathroom, mirrored closet very difficult to open if you close it all the way(learned that the hard way), maid needs to dust the M/B overhead lamps (didn't look like they were ever dusted on the inside). Other than these minor problems enjoyed the condo and great view of the ocean.

Amazing condo!

This is an amazing condo with a spectacular view. It was very spacious compared to other condos we have stayed at in the past. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed. The laundry room was just down the hall and very close. It even had an app for you phone that counted down how much time was left for your laundry. It was so convenient so you didn't have to stay there and wait for your laundry to finish. We loved this condo and would definately reccomend it!

Awesome view

Susan is the best host you could ask for. She answers any questions promptly and is willing to come over if needed. Everything is as pictured and wow what a view! We are returning soon and plan to do so often.
