Located in the peaceful Cap Armor residence in Erquy, this 60 m² one-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests on the 2nd floor with lift access. The central beach is approximately 170 metres away, while the town centre and shops are within easy walking distance.

The 27.5 m² living area opens onto the balcony and includes a lounge space with television and a sofa bed for 2 guests. It provides a natural place to gather after the beach or walks towards the harbour.

The equipped open-plan kitchen makes everyday meals easy during the stay. It includes a hob, oven, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 separate bedroom with double bed for 2 guests and large wardrobe
- 1 sofa bed for 2 guests in the living room

The shower room includes a shower, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. The toilet is separate.

The balcony with outdoor furniture provides a useful outdoor space for fresh air or quieter moments at the end of the day.

Private parking space no. 25 makes arrivals easier and allows guests to park directly on site.

From the apartment, guests can easily reach the central beach, Erquy harbour approximately 600 metres away and walks towards Cap d’Erquy.
