Located on the heights of the Tu-ès-Roc district, at the entrance to Cap d’Erquy, this typical 40 m² house accommodates up to 2 guests. The setting is peaceful while remaining close to the coastline: Centre beach is around 800 metres away, Lourtuais beach approximately 1.8 km away and Portuais beach approximately 1.6 km away.

The living area includes a lounge, television, bookcase and dining space for 2 guests. A sofa bed completes the layout of the living room without changing the maximum capacity of the property.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped for everyday meals: oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 upstairs bedroom with Queen Size double bed 160x200, storage and sea view

The maximum capacity remains limited to 2 guests.

The upstairs shower room includes a shower, washbasin, toilet and small auxiliary heater.

The south-facing terrace includes an outdoor table with chairs and sun loungers. It is a useful space for breakfast or meals after outings along the coast.

The vehicle can be parked opposite the house, on the right-hand side.

From the property, guests can easily alternate between beaches, walks around Cap d’Erquy and the landscapes of Brittany’s Emerald Coast.
