Excellent appartment, close to golf and beach. The hinges on the fridge are placed on the wrong side making it hard to open the doors.

Perfect place for a great holiday

Large, modern, luxurious, well equipped appartement. Good locaties: supermarkts and a nice little place nearby with a beach and a boulevard with some good restaurants. Bigger places like Estepona and Marbella are just a short drive away. Bonus for the gym that is on side. There is a beautifull pool at the accomodation but this is just a bit to small for the size of the place.

All in all very nice appartment, location, equipment, views The only things is that there was no mattress topper so the beds was a hard, the fridge and refrigarator needs to change placement of the hinges It was open in the wrong way! No big things but just an advice for the future.

Eine Ruhige und Saubere Anlage. Sehr Modern und gut ausgestattet. Die nähe zu Sabinillas, Estepona und deren Promenaden sowie Strände. Tolle und gute Gastronomie und von zahlreichen unterschiedlichen Einkaufsmärkte umgeben. Einem Treuepunkte gutschreiben, für wiederkehrende Gäste.

Top Appartment mit traumhafter Aussicht - ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Appartements, die grosszügige Wohnung mit grossem Balkon mit Lounge und top Aussicht auf das Meer waren wie erwartet super. Den Service von ZapHoliday kannten wir bereits von 2024 und hat wieder gut geklappt. Der Kühlschrank ging zweimal hintereinander kaputt. Der Techniker wurde jeweils von ZapHoliday aufgeboten, doch wir mussten stets nachfragen, wann er nun komme. Dies sollte proaktiv erfolgen.

Séjour agréable à Casares

L’appartement spacieux, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Les petites attentions des propriétaires (essuies et sacs de plage, livres à dispositions,..) Bien sécurisé, place de parking et beaux extérieurs. Le nettoyage laissait un peu à désirer, nombreuses toiles d’araignées dans la maison, poussière, et le sol de la terrasse pas nettoyé. Piscine un peu petite et pas assez de transats pour le nombre de résidents. Les règles dans la zone piscine non respectées par certains locataires ce qui gênait les résidents. Un contrôle régulier sur place pourrait aider.
