Bring the family to your own estuary oasis with a fenced in backyard. Stay in an island community surrounded by the Saint Martin's Marsh Aquatic Preserve, a mosaic of salt marshes and hammocks, fringed by mangroves. See the native flora and fauna of old Florida right from your back porch. Our waterway opens to Dixie Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, just a few minutes away. This is a pristine ecological system that offers a unique expierience. Bring your boat to tie up to our private dock, or just launch the provided kayaks. Catch fish in your backyard, or enjoy a bike ride around the neighborhood. Lounge in a hammock, or Netflix and chill. Enjoy delicious local restaurants that feature the freshest seafood, or catch and grill your own fish or scallops during scalloping season. There are nearby golf courses, biking and hiking trails, Forth Island Beach, waterfront restaurants, The Great Florida Birding Trail and Three Sisters' Springs State Park (winter home to the manatees).
We love our guests and hope you have a magical time here at our estuary oasis.
Enjoy your Coastal styled Estuary Oasis space while watching the sunrise sipping on provided coffee, or tea, and the sunset with your favorite drink in hand.

Guest access
You have access to the entire place minus a few cabinets, the wine cellar. The Master bath has a soaking tub. Feel free to use kayaks and bikes.
There is a keurig as well as filtered water. Home features a 65 inch smart TV, Apple TV, or just log in to your favorite streaming account and chill.

Wonderful Home

The property and house are beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the kayaks and fishing with the beautiful view. It is close to all main attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Host was quick to respond when needed. Wonderful trip and thank you!

Beautifully Decorated

Great place to stay for our visit to see the manatees. Quick drive to all the locations we wished to visit, home was well stocked and beautifully decorated.

I love this home

I really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The house itself is very well laid out and the decor is wonderful. This home had everything we needed.We will be coming back!

Beautiful home in peaceful setting

This home was perfect for our family getaway! Plenty of bedrooms (such comfortable beds) and space to spread out and come together to enjoy our week away. Plenty of nature and fun things to do in the area!

Wonderful stay

So clean, safe, comfortable, and picturesque. Hosts were immediately responsive when the directions in the app took us to the wrong address. Other than that, the stay was ideal. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was furnished.

Family Gathering

We had a lovely time and were surprised at how nice the property was, considering Hurricane Helene decimated many homes in the neighborhood. The welcome St. Sebastian Rose and Sherry were a nice touch.There were a few things that needed attention: the railing on the front and back stairs had parts that were not fully connected and separated when in use. Also, the back screen doors had screens that separated from frame. After notifying host, the repairs were completed in 3 days. A few days in, an alarm went off and it was not the fire alarm, after my husband talked to the Host, it was determined to be the CO. The kitchen had only 3 coffee mugs for 5 adults (the cabinet in laundry had more, but it was marked as “owner’s”, and we did not use them). There was no blender, egg beater, nor hand mixer. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 adults for 5 days, no dryer sheets and no towel rods or hooks in primary en suite bath.

well .. for the price we paid I expected a bit more … we got there & the place had not been cleaned at all from last rental . Every bed & bath were used & disheveled though when the cleaning gal did arrive & apologize it seemed a genuine misunderstanding . Still er we’re out a few hours shine all was settled

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. House was perfect for our stay, we brought our own boat, was able to keep behind house, house was fully equipped. I would recommend- beautiful view from back porch. Quiet neighborhood.

Relaxing stay

We had a great time at your property. Having the kayaks and being able to fish right off the deck was fantastic and kept everyone happy. The goats are great and provide everything.

Lovely

Quiet. Loved watching sunrise over the marshes, and bird watching. The house is well cared for, and comfortable. The master bath is amazing. Enjoyed the kayaks.

Clean, quiet and relaxing

Four of us used the Estuary House as a hub while visiting our parents nearby. One of us is a bird nerd who loved birdwatching from the back deck. Crystal River is the place to go for manatee viewing. We also took a day trip to Sarasota for strolling along its white sandy beaches. We found the house clean, quiet and relaxing. Host responded quickly to all inquiries.

Can’t wait to go back

Property is awesome! If you’re looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy FL this is it! Clean, neat, well put together, and very comfortable. Owner is fantastic with communication and very helpful. My family and I are trying to plan are next trip back! It was worth it and thankful for the chance to stay at this property.

AMAZING HOST!!!!

The owners and the house were amazing! I never ever leave reviews but I am going to this time. From start to finish it was such a smooth process. Jason and Elizabeth have their house stocked with everything you can need. They left us a lovely bottle of wine which we enjoyed watching the sunset on the enclosed front porch. The kids loved how many games there were for them to play and played most of them. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Owners where great ! Definitely an Estuary Oasis!

I've stayed at quite a few VRBOs in the past and this was the best experience to date. The home is gorgeous and immaculate. Almost all the rooms have a stunning view of the water. The home feels spacious and lacking of no amenity. There were outdoor equipment and games for use. There were even snacks and goodies set out for us when we arrived. The home owners were incredibly responsive, helpful, warm and kind. It was wonderful experience in a lovely home with awesome owners!

Family time

We had a great time with family. We spent most of our time going to the beach and the various springs. We saw many manatees, which was a real thrill. Beautiful home. I watched the sunrise from the deck every morning. Such a peaceful way to start the day.
