Our stay was very comfortable. The house is tastefully decorated and spacious. Having access to a washer and drier was a plus, as well as 2 bathrooms. One with a shower and the other a tub and shower. I needed to communicate to the hosts a couple of times, and I received a response in a timely manner. The neighborhood is very nice with stores and restaurants near by. (I was happy to be close to a Trader Joe's)The house is also family friendly if children are traveling with adults. Outlet covers were on every outlet and there was a cabinet for children filled with toys and games. I would stay again if ever in the area.

We rented both A and B for our Daughter’s U of A graduation and were very happy with our stay. The houses were very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect, walking distance to the University.

Beautiful place for student move in

We rented this charming and well-equipped home for my husband and I to get our Wild Cat settled. The three of us stayed here 3 days while washing and drying and preparing for freshman move in. It had lots of room, comfortable beds, an alarm, great a/c and is so close to campus. Easy running back and forth to get acquainted with campus. Close to everything. Love the decor. Julie responded quickly to questions. We will stay here again!

Snazzy and comfy

Great location for us — very central. Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Walking distance to U of A main campus with coffee shop, brew pub, and other conveniences in walking distance. Pretty cool just to walk around the neighborhood and check out the houses and AZ landscaping. If there are several in your group, consider getting the adjoining rental, too. Only one bathroom with the “A” bldg rental. Bldg's A and B share a backyard.
