Large daylight basement apartment in upscale neighborhood. Back yard of 1.5 acres of wooded trails. Your apartment has wifi access, 40" HDTV, blu ray disc player, full size pool table, microwave, laundry room. patio. All linens and towels provided. The bedroom is cool (but lots of extra blankets and heaters too if you need them). There can be some noise from the upstairs of the house, but we strive to keep things quiet for guests from 9PM to 6AM. Some basic kitchen utensils too. The apartment is about 900 square feet. One separate bedroom, but also two couches and other available single mattress too.

It was very cozy and a perfect place to stay that was near Liberty University. Just a quick 20 min drive to get to the main campus. We loved getting to play pool and chess during our downtime. Host was very welcoming and responsive.

Very nice property in a beautiful neighborhood. Getting to the entrance of the accommodations was a little tricky and could use some tidying up. Overall a good experience! . Overall it was a very good experience.

A Great Stay

We needed to stay somewhere close to Liberty University to help our freshman son move in. We ended up needing an extra day added and Tim was able to accommodate us. The property is quiet and private. Tim and Diane were great as well. Communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot for a little getaway

My kids and I were spending a few days in the area and this was the perfect spot for our family. We had enough room to have our own space and the apartment was well kept. Tim was a very responsive when needed and helpful during the checkin time. I would highly recommend this apartment. It met our needs and was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We were able to visit local parks and take walks. My little one was well entertained with books and toys that the owners left out for us!! Close by to local parks and shopping. Thanks again!

Peace and Quiet in a Neighborhood

This was a very peaceful & quiet basement apartment in a neighborhood. I would’ve loved to spend time on the patio but was here mid-December. Once the kitchenette is completed this will be a comfy & convenient getaway. However, even without the kitchenette completed this is a clean, well-maintained place to stay. Comfy Couches and Great Location!

Beautiful location close to liberty University. The family and friends came in for the first football game of the season. This apartment provides great activities for young adults and communication with property owner is excellent. Will come again!

Very Enjoyable!

We came to visit LU on short notice. Perfect for our family. Gracious property manager. Pool table, chess and dvd collection provided great down time. Comfortable bedding, very clean apartment. Would book again!

Great place to stay

We were in the area for a baseball tournament with large spans of time between games. The pool table was great for relaxing and the space has everything you need.

Get Away

The place was worth the stay, location to attractions was great and the host stayed in contact with me to ensure everything was good when we arrived. There is a kitchenette with no stove so if you plan on cooking that's out.

Amazing place

We rented this place on very short notice as our plans fell through and they were very accommodating and went above and beyond. Very clean and beds were comfy. It was the perfect place for our short stay in Lynchburg.

General Impressions

I was generally satisfied with the property. I was able to come and go with ease, and parking was well lit and accessible. I would mention that internet was very spotty and TV wasn't provided except for DVD's.
