If you are looking for an unforgettable Rocky Mountain getaway, our stunning "Vail" residence should not be missed. This spacious five-bedroom home has 3,200 square feet of living space and is the perfect gathering spot for any season. Imagine watching the stunning fall foliage or winter snowfall from the spacious deck.



The Space:

Our custom home is warm and inviting. It boasts many modern amenities, including a covered outdoor hot tub. Fireplaces are numerous. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The tastefully appointed bedrooms will make you feel right at home, including two suites. The primary suite features an oversized deep soaking tub, perfect after a long day of hitting the slopes. The junior primary suite is located on the basement level and includes a steam shower.



Start your day by enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking majestic Gore Creek in the valley below. Put on your gear and venture out to Vail Resort for a day of skiing or boarding. VIP parking pass included with your stay!



Vail is a world-renowned destination that boasts one of the best alpine resorts in a small-town environment. There are over 5,200 incredible acres to ski! Additional cultural and recreational activities are endless as well as numerous high-end restaurants. Our local concierge team can curate a vacation to your desire.



No matter the season, you deserve to be pampered in the mountains...



If you prefer not to drive to the town lifts you can catch the shuttle located conveniently at the bottom of our hill.



Our ski rental partner, Ski Butlers, allows you to spend more time on the snow, more time with friends and family, and more freedom while on vacation through their delivery, support and pickup services. Ski Butlers will deliver all your equipment rentals to the home, offer full on-mountain support throughout your rental and pick-up on your final day. Guests of Equity Residences receive a 10% discount on equipment rental and delivery!

Great Vail Stay!!

Everything about this property was great!! The property manager was awesome and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. The house also comes with two Vail parking passes which was a game changer for us. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Overall a great stay and location for us. Plenty of room at the property for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was stocked nicely with everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. Only down side was the house seemed to have been missed on cleaning in a couple places but nothing that was a huge concern for us.

Great spot for a family wedding reunion!

The house was great for our mini reunion while in town for a family wedding. Such a nice location to get into Vail easily for all of the events, the space in the house was perfect for our group to spread out. We had an issue with the main refrigerator not working but they were very responsive and helpful. We kept talking about how we should return to the house again for a ski trip!

A Great House for a Large Family or Group

We stayed at this house during the Christmas holiday and truly enjoyed it..... my only comment about the house is that it is built into a hill and has 4 stories. Whereas that wasn't an issue for us, but if you have issues with stairs, then this house might not be a good fit for you. Other then that, it is a great house for a large group or family.

Lots of stairs

The refrigerator was broke in the kitchen and the TV in the kitchen/family room is not a smart TV. 33 steps one way from the kitchen to the basement. Between the elevation and the constant stairs we honestly did not feel so well. We are not skiers but the area is beautiful and the location of the house is superb. The parking pass was very helpful. The house itself is beautiful. Those stairs were just a lot for us and the fridge being broke made it that muncher harder.

Perfect property for a Vail, Colorado gathering

This is one of the best properties we have rented. It is in a great location with outstanding views. We are a family of 5 adults, so there was more than enough room. The home is on multiple levels, so stairs are required. But the multi levels provided lot of different gathering places, and there is outside deck space on every level. The place was clean and well stocked. The kitchen was especially well equipped - from dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, SHARP knives and spices. Communication was very easy and responsive. All of us would love to return someday to enjoy Vail and this home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Excellent proximity to popular Vail Valley offerings

A high-end home with very nice furnishings, materials and construction. A 4 level home & garage with enough room to easily park 4 vehicles. Beautiful decks with plenty of seating overlooking Interstate 70 and the valley below. A lot of noise coming from the Interstate truckers though, so be prepared. Very comfortable rooms / beds / bathrooms!!

Fun time in Vail

The house is nice. It does overlook the interstate and does not have AC. So, you will hear the interstate with windows open. We could not get the fireplaces to work. But, the home is nice and area is good.
