Welcome to one of Vail’s most coveted addresses. This 4-bedroom (+ bonus 5th sleeping space), 5,000+ sq ft home on prestigious Forest Road offers the perfect blend of privacy, luxury, and convenience. With multiple patios, a private hot tub, and walking access to both Lionshead and Vail Villages, this is the ideal base for your mountain getaway.

THE SPACE
The main living floor is designed for gathering, featuring expansive windows, multiple seating areas, indoor and outdoor dining tables, and a dramatic two-way fireplace. A gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances is fully stocked with basics for your mountain cooking enjoyment.

Primary Suite – King bed, ensuite

ACCESSIBILITY NOTE
This home is very vertical, with multiple levels. A residential elevator is provided (best used for luggage and groceries), but all guests should be comfortable using stairs. Refunds are not provided if the elevator requires maintenance.

LOVE this property!

We had a large group of 12 and this property was great for our big group! It’s a quick walk into Lionshead and a little bit longer walk to Vail Village but very easy to park your car and not have to drive! We love this house!

Family Ski Vacation

The property certainly met our needs. Large bedrooms with en-suite baths and lots of common space. It was a bit farther from the gondola than we imagined. Walking to the gondola was manageable but at the edge of how far one would want to go.

Beautiful home in a great location

This home was in a great location that allowed us to walk to the mountain. We could easily walk to restaurant and shops or hop on the bus to explore more of Vail. The home had an ample amount of sleeping space and a beautiful view. Our Contact very helpful and recommended services to make our stay enjoyable.

Great Location, Great Space

Jessica is great, very helpful and accommodating. The home is in a great spot, a 5 min walk up the street and you can cruise down to Eagle Bahn and Lionshead Village. Great kitchen and dining space. One note, a LOT of stairs but there is an elevator.. Would definitely rent again!

Great place great time. Our host Jessica made everything go as smooth as possible.

Property was great. Not ready for us to check in, which was two hours or more later. Jessica and her team were great. For the price and having to wait to get in the house, would not do it again.

Ultimate spot for big groups in Vail

Held my bachelor party here and couldn’t have been a more perfect spot for me and my friends. Jessica was so helpful with planning caterers and activities around the area which is in the most prime spot on the mountain. Worth every penny to be both walking distance to the main gondola and gret restaurants, while still having some privacy. The set up in the kitchen/living area are outstanding for big groups. Highly recommend for any large groups who want to do Vail the right way.

Beautiful Home, Better Property Manager

The home is incredible, with great views and plenty amenities for a large group. Garage, driveway, and basement floor are perfect for storing skis and the house even comes with a drying/dressing room. We had a few issues with the home when we arrived and the property manager, Jessica, made everything right with us. We'll be back!

We came for a weekend trip for the first time in Vail, CO. First off, this house is beautiful and in a great location. The hot tub feature and all the balconies with the views were our favorites. It was not clearly specified that this house does not have central cooling, which meant for a very very warm master suite for most of our trip. But the host did provide us with a portable AC once we notified her. Also

Amazing Property

This is an incredibly nice and large property with a number of patios that offer beautiful views. The property manager was easy to communicate with and took care of any minor issues very quickly. Highly recommend.

Lionshead home

A beautiful, but very vertical (five story) house in Lionshead. Great location, easy drive (or a bit of a walk) into the village. Only significant negative was that the kitchen was not properly equipped (extremely limited cookware, glassware, and basic kitchen necessities, but especially so for a house of this price/caliber).

Simply the best!

The property, the resort, the location, the management was simply the best! We have a wonderful time with our family and friends - the house slept 13 (adults + kids) comfortably. Jessica, our house manager, was amazing and super communicative Throughout. Check in and check out where a breeze, the house was spotless with plenty of extra towels and linens always available. We loved the hot tub and the views from the living room were spectacular. We will definitely be staying here again.

Majestic home on the end of the best street in Vail

This home was a beautiful location for our 4th of July family getaway, with ample sleeping and living space. Bear in mind the home is 5 levels, with the garage on the ground, then a level with the hot tub, office and entertainment room, then a level for 3 bedrooms, then a living/kitchen level, and finally the master on top. You will need to be in shape to constantly navigate the stairs, or very patient to wait for a typically slow residential elevator. You are about a 10 minute walk to the center of Lionshead, with about a one-mile walk total to the center of Vail Village. Taking the free bus from Lionshead makes a lot of sense. Would definitely stay here again.
