We apologize for any inconvenience. We can not be held responsible for noise but it is not heard inside our unit, we have had very little complaints due to it. BRAND NEW POOL OPEN. Price reflects DISCOUNT DUE TO INCONVENIENCE. 1 month rentals January -March. Weekly all other months. Due to constructionwe are allowed to rent 7 days in January! ***
Bayfront condo on Vanderbilt Bay! This charming gated community features covered parking, community pool, chickee hut and a hot tub, you can even fish from the dock! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium has been beautifully renovated with new furnishings; smart tv's, wireless internet, beach towels and beach chairs. Enjoy the beach right across the street as well as the Ritz Carlton and Turtle Club Restaurant. You will have the best of both worlds! There is a full kitchen for those wishing to eat in or take a short stroll to anyone of the local eateries. The Pavillion or Mercato Shoppes are a short walk offering state of the art shopping, groceries, dining and movies! 1 month minimum Jan - March. 7 day reservations are available during the off season, but you'll want to stay longer.

Fantastic property, even better host. Barbabra was extremely helpful, answering any questions we had about the area, as well as thoughtful things like leaving lights on for us when our flight was delayed. The condo itself is beautiful, clean, well kept and in a great location a block from the beach. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends.

Paradise in Naples

We had a great stay from beginning to end. Barbara was great to work with. The condo was impeccable, was close to the beach, and had all the amenities a person needs. Wonderful stay!

Great location and amazing host

Barbara was very responsive and helpful. The condo is located so convenient to beach, shopping and plenty of restaurants. The decor in the place was modern and very comfortable. Definitely planning to stay here again!

Wonderful stay by the beach!

We had a wonderful two weeks at this adorable condo! It had all the comforts at home and just a few steps to Vanderbilt Beach. Barbara and Rich were wonderful hosts and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this property and will be back!!

Beautiful condo in an area hard hit by hurricane Ian.

Condo was great, and as described. Vanderbilt beach is a great location and the condo is close to everything. The construction in the area made the stay less enjoyable than anticipated. The owners were great and available.

Tremendous place!

This property is beautiful and so clean. The hostess has thought of everything (beach towels, beach chairs, toiletries, stocked kitchen, etc.) and is so friendly and communicative. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and we loved the nearby shopping and restaurants. The picture window looks out over the canal. This has been one of my favorite VRBO stays - I would highly recommend it!

The Perfect Naples Condo

Let me start by stating that this condo was absolutely the most immaculate rental that we have ever experienced! You wonder if anyone has actually stayed in it before. Everything from the distance to the beach/restaurants, surrounding area, follow up by the owner and amenities in the condo was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Great Condo!

Loved this cute condo for our anniversary trip to Naples. Quick beach access and they provided beach chairs and even a cooler which was really helpful. We had everything we needed and the owner is very helpful and responsive. Beautiful beach and close access to other things we wanted to do like kayaking and visiting the Corkscrew Swamp. The pool was great and all of the neighbors we met were very nice. The king sized bed was amazingly comfortable which means a lot! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Naples area.

Perfection!

What a beautiful property. There is not one detail forgotten. Also, location! location! location! Short walk to the beach, chairs and towels provided. Close to so many stores and restaurants. The property hosts, Barbara & Richard, were very attentive. They have thought of everything. This was the perfect home away from home for us to enjoy this wonderful area. Hoping to return and enjoy this condo again.

Perfect Everything!

The condo was beautiful and immaculate. We did not need anything! The pool/hot tub area was beautiful, clean, quiet, and a great view. The short walk to the beach was easy and the area is very quiet. Beautiful sunsets on Vanderbilt. Short drive to 5th Ave/Tin City or north to Bonita. Last but not least, wonderful and attentive hosts! The condo was stocked and we loved the puzzles, books, and games. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back!!

Beautiful home but construction

Beautiful home but the construction was a bit much. Everyday it moved in front of the condo so it was unpredictable which route we could walk or drive. We were aware of the construction and decided to power through. We will think twice next time. Other than that, condo was so nice and owner was responsive. beautiful morning sunrises from their views. The nearby beach was awesome!

2 Weeks in Paradise

What an amazing property!!! Nothing was overlooked. The unit was super clean and the furnishings and amenities were high quality. The morning sunrise view from the condo was beautiful. We loved the location and were able to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Vanderbilt Beach was a short walk from the unit. Our host, Barbara, was quick to respond to any questions we had about the area. We did not want to leave. And as a side note...Loved the washer/dryer

Beautiful!

Everything about the property was so fresh, clean and inviting. A very welcoming and relaxing vibe with everything you could think of. My husband asked if there was anything I could think of that was not provided and I could honestly say no. Beautiful sunrise views from the condo and a short walk to the beach for daily sunsets. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping was excellent. Given hybrid work environment for me, we enjoyed an extended stay. Strong internet was a plus and location allowed for a beautiful run every morning and walks on the beach each night. Loved it and can't wait to return.

Amazing Condo

Terrific condo in great location

Very clean, well appointed condo situated across the street from the Ritz. Very handy beach access or a short trip to Mercato. Would absolutely stay here again :)

Amazing place!!

Everything was absolutely perfect!! The place is beautiful, and super clean!! The beach is located just a few steps from the condo and also you have great restaurants and shops super close. It’s a great place to spend a relaxing time with your family. The hostess is super friendly and helpful with all you need. We hope to be back soon!! 100% recomendable!!

The Kaufmann Family, Rich, Barbara, Madelynn, Adler and Alden (and our fur babies). Welcome to our little touch of paradise. I (Barbara) has been coming to Naples since 1976 and Rich always say's, "I had to come north to get here". Rich is a General Contractor in the area and I have homeschooled our three children the past 13 years. My job is almost over as our oldest two have graduated so I am now filling the nest with raising English Cream Golden Retrievers, and yes, it is hard to part with them. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions about the area or any needs.

This area was my playground. As a young girl we had a home down the street and I would ride my bike here. When we purchased our boat we needed home for her and a spot for friends to stay while visiting. It has the old Florida charm that reminds me of my childhood.

We are located less than a block from the beach and on the bay. No need to rent a car, you could be dropped off by an uber and walk to the bike shop to rent a bike/bikes for the week as everything you need is either with in walking distance or a bike ride away!
Sit in the gliding chairs at the large picture window and watch the manatees swim by.
