Spacious and secluded home on 5 acres. This beautiful home with double height ceilings has 3 bedrooms, all with king size beds and a loft with a daybed that converts in to a king bed, 2 bathrooms with shower/tub combo and all the bathroom essentials. The kitchen, with an electric stove and a convection oven to bake your dinner or morning pastries and is also well stocked with coffee maker, pots, pans, baking essentials, toaster, slow cooker, Ninja blender, charcuterie board, and many more things to make our home feel like yours.

The large outdoor area has a wrap around deck, to drink your ☕️ in the mornings or some 🍷🍻. We also have a gas grill and a fire grill/ring to have a cook out or just sit around and make some s’mores. You can enjoy the quiet country nights while you immerse yourself in the stars. Perfect for a couples weekend, a family feast or just a relaxing get away while the kids play on the trampoline or run around the 5 acres of play area.

Fredericksburg is the most popular tourist destination in the Texas Hill Country, with its many vineyards and wineries, unique shopping and restaurants, vibrant live music scene, world class historical museum, and outdoor recreational opportunities. Visitors never lack for something to do, unless they choose to do nothing but take in a little rest and relaxation.

Wonderful

The property is absolutely beautiful! The stars at night are spectacular and morning coffee on the porch watching the deer was a great start to the day! The property is close to downtown and all the wineries. The house was just as presented! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from teh city for some peace and quiet.

Excellent property

This property was one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed at. Beautiful country setting with deer around. Loved the provided extras such as a trampoline, hammock, sand box, 2 fire pits and gas grill.

Great stay at a

Great stay at a nicely updated home on a spacious property. We stayed here for an early holiday gathering. We found the property exactly as described and it included anything you might need for a long weekend stay. Large bedrooms and nice beds. Great outdoor spaces including multiple seating areas and a two fire pit areas. Keep in mind that the creek/pond area is wet weather only, otherwise it's just a draw for the deer and other wild life to travel up and down. The location is approx 10 from main street; easy to get there and back. Also, easy to navigate around Fredericksburg if headed east to the wineries off of 290. Enjoyed out stay and would hapily return for another adventure.

Spacious and convenient to local sites

There was plenty of seating inside and outside for 7 of us to eat meals together and visit in the evening. The sleeping arrangement were ideal with 2 bedrooms downstairs then another bedroom/bathroom and loft upstairs. Situated close to Enchanted Rock and to Fredericksburg. Beautiful property with deer and even a ringtail. Highly recommend!!

Valentine’s Day Weekend Getaway

Loved our stay at this house. Especially loved sitting out by the fire pit under the stars. Enjoyed watching the deer roaming the property early in the morning. Open concept is perfect for entertaining. Very clean and newly renovated. Karina was very nice and always in communication with us.

Lovely country home

This is a lovely home: spacious living/dining area; comfortable bedrooms; beautiful land. Perfect for a family thanksgiving. Hosts are very responsive.

Quick getaway

Great property! Clean and comfortable.... we picked up our son from Camp Longhorn an hour away and then spent long weekend in Fredericksburg. Will come back next summer!

Family Wine Adventure

House was nice and in a great location . Clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast. Love having a pet friendly location ,the dogs had plenty of room to roam outside . Quiet time on the great deck watching the lightening show in the distance . Fun time with the family . Will definitely come back again .

Lovely Stay

Karina's home is nestled away in the hills. It's far enough outside of town that we didn't feel too close, but close enough to enjoy a quick 10 minute car ride into town. The house was perfect for us, it wasn't too big, but wasn't too small - and the views were amazing!

Very enjoyable

Karina was very nice and super responsive. She left us a bottle of wine and a whole stack of goodies. Her home was newly remodeled and super cute. There are indeed lots of deer and rabbits so we enjoyed seeing them daily. Would definitely recommend.

Great house on the outskirts of town

Our group really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was tucked away in a house a few minutes drive from Fredericksburg and our host was great at communicating. The one thing I will say is that there was not a coffee maker, just a percolator, which some of our guests did not like. Just thought I would include as some people might bring their own coffee source. Everything else our group enjoyed.

Fun & Relaxing Weekend in Fredericksburg

Nice Texas Wine Country Getaway

We loved the house. Exactly as described and very close to downtown Fredericksburg. Owner communicated well and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun Spring Break Getaway!

Beautiful property and perfect for our spring break getaway! We had everything we needed for a great time and there was plenty of room for the kiddos to play, inside & outside. The wrap around porch was fabulous. The only negative was that there was quite a bit of pet hair left behind from previous occupants. Karina was great to work with and even left us a tray full of treats!

Unprecedented Cold hits Fredrickburg!!

We loved the property and Karina went above and beyond in being a hostess especially in the freezing temps we just happen to experience. It was something no one in the south is use to yet she drove to bring us water and dry firewood. We hope to go back in the near future and stay at Karina’s again.

We were supposed to have friends with us but they had to cxl last minute. It was just me and my husband. The house was well decorated and accommodating. My only complaint is that it is outside of town, not within close proximity of town.

Great getaway

Just a short 10 minute drive from main Street, this property fulfilled out expectations. Spacious enough for our group of 5 people and a great deck to watch the deer as they wander through morning and evening. One minor thing I would say is that we like to cook. There was only 1 kitchen towel.avajlable, the cooking utensils were a bit sparse and there was no larger casserole dish. Like I said, minor thing, we made due and it really did not affect our overall experience.

Weekend getaway

Just enjoyed a weekend getaway in Fredericksburg. The house was beautiful and very clean. The house was exactly like it was described in the listing. Our group of adults enjoyed the open living room space and deck outside. The house was a quick 10 mins drive to downtown and 15 mins to the winery’s. We will be sure to visit again.
