Misleading and Unsanitary dwelling

Lawn not maintained. Paint or tint peeling off exterior windows. Smell of animal urine in bedroom. Soiled linen. Water damage / mildew in the master bathroom - vanity, shower and behind the toilet. Toilet seat unsanitary.

Location, Simplicity, Spacious

A great location for all things AT&T Stadium related activities with transparent, timely, and courteous property management. The property was actually bigger than what some of the pictures made it out to appear especially the living room space and kitchen area. The only area of improvement we could see is some of the corners in the bathroom could use some spot cleaning as there seemed to be some build up around the showers but other than that we highly recommend this property and will be looking for it next time we are planning a trip to the area.

Great Stay

The house was perfect to attend an AT&T Stadium event. Close and walking distance. It was clean and met all our expectations. Also, so other many amenities around the area. Would stay again!!

So close to AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field

We were in Arlington for our son’s graduation from UT Arlington School of Nursing. This house was located just perfect for us to go to a ceremony on campus and to the graduation at Globe Life Field. It was quite adequate for our needs. This house is located in an older neighborhood. Due to its proximity to the two stadiums they have VERY strict rules about no parking on the street. We were able to get 4 vehicles in the driveway just barely as 1 was a truck and 1 a suburban.Fortunately the other cars were smaller.The owners were very nice and very responsive to our communication with them.The thing to be aware of if you have a lot of people is that there is 1 hall bathroom for three bedrooms and a very small master bath in the master bedroom. We had 8 adults and it was a juggle when everyone was trying to get dressed.The livingroom, kitchen, diningroom are all open space which was nice. There is a nice backyard which we didn’t have an opportunity to use.

Excellent house, clean, comfortable, lots of beds and tvs. Back patio was the perfect place to relax and drink coffee. Neighborhood was clean and safe. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable

Came in town for wedding. The location very convenient for commuting to venue, stores,and restaurants. As far as the home it just as online shown. Living quarters quiet throughout the time being there. Rooms and bed space was nice. All though everyone wear shower shoes. Had a few nocks about bathroom tub slow drain. And both bathroom could use a little more cleaning to the tub and tiles. But in all it was a very nice comfortable quiet home. Will rent again .

We have 2 active children, this location is very convenient that taking them all over town to their activities is painless. We love to travel, and without a doubt, the place we stay plays a huge role in our trip experience. We take great prize in providing guests a delightful and unforgettable stay at our place. We respect your privacy; however, we are only a text or phone call away should we need to assist you in anyway.

Only a short Uber drive or a little longer walk to so attractions Arlington has to offer.
