Welcome to this awesome house in Arlington, which is in close proximity to AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, UT Arlington, Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital, and much more. With four comfortable bedrooms, including two king beds, a queen, and two full sized beds, guests have plenty of space to relax, and plenty of living space. The two bathrooms feature a bathtub and shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Two cozy living rooms offer additional sleeping options with three sofas combined and space to inflate a provided air mattress, located in the entrance closet. Climate control keeps the atmosphere just right, whether it’s warm or cool outside. This superb home invites guests to enjoy a laid-back stay filled with comfort and convenience with plenty of backyard space to enjoy during your stay, also perfect for your furry friends to run around! We look forward to hosting you at our place.

The location was great. The place is a little dated visually,but nothing to gross you out. Kroger is less than a mile away and ATT stadium is only 10 minutes away. Huge backyard and very pleasing to the eye with the layout of the string lights warmly lighting the living room. Vizio TV has all streaming services to make it feel like you never left home.

Hello, my name is Kyle Grahmann and I am an avid sports lover, which is one of many reasons I chose to purchase a home in the Arlington area. There is always something to do, rather it be a spectator or a participant. There are many high quality affordable golf courses in the area that I enjoy playing and both AT&T and Globe Life are both amazing venues for concerts and sports.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I love how private and quiet the neighborhood is but yet how close and convenient it is to everything. Both downtown Dallas and Fort Worth are less than a 30 minute drive from the house. One night I can put on a suit and tie and enjoy a luxurious evening in downtown Dallas and then the very next night put on my cowboy hat and boots and honkytonk the night away in the stockyards in Fort Worth. Whatever you are looking for you can find within an uberable distance!

My favorite part of the house is by far the backyard. I spent most of my time out there, rather it was grilling or enjoying a campfire or just sitting enjoying the outdoor tv on the deck! I'm sure you will love it too!
