This family-friendly, pet-friendly vacation home boasts a relaxing hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and easy access to Zion National Park (23 min away). (Up to 2 dogs, $39 pet fee)
Located in La Verkin at Vintage Park and at the edge of Confluence Park, (backyard access to the trailhead), this unique, art-filled getaway offers everything you need for a memorable stay.
• Spacious and Comfortable: Ideal for couples, families with children, or small groups. (max 10 guests) 4 bedrooms with comfy beds: 1 California King Bed, 2 Queen beds, and 4 bunk beds (and baby crib)
• Relaxation and Fun: Unwind in the hot tub, enjoy Netflix movie nights in the super-plush reclining leather sofas, indoor & outdoor games, puzzles, books, and musical instruments, or explore the great outdoors. Use our info-packed digital guidebook with local recommendations and Zion/Bryce NP information to make the most of your stay
• Family-Friendly: Bunk beds with easy-zip bedding, baby gear (crib, highchair, etc.), and a fully fenced backyard make this a perfect spot for families. Vintage Park and Playground across the street for the kids.
• Pet-Friendly: Bring up to 2 dogs ($39 pet fee, dogs only). We provide dog beds, a treat station with washable toys, pet dishes, waste bags, a grassy fenced backyard, and other pet items to make your pup feel welcome.

Guests choose La Verkin for a reason! It offers the perfect balance of affordability and access to Zion National Park. Nature has created an exceptional collection of unique rock formations, cliffs, canyons, and landscapes to explore and discover throughout Southern Utah, plus, there's always something culturally exciting happening, whether it's the Iron Man Marathon, the Superbloom Festival, Shakespeare in the Desert, or world-class art at the Plein Air Invitational.
For us, though, it's all about the location. Zion Friends & Family Retreat sits right on the edge of the peaceful Confluence Park, with a trailhead accessible from our backyard. We love starting our days with a walk through the park before the heat sets in. Sometimes, you might even find us enjoying a coffee and pastry on the patio at River Rock Roasting Company, a fantastic spot overlooking the park.
For us, though, it's all about the location. Zion Friends & Family Retreat sits right on the edge of the peaceful Confluence Park, with a trailhead accessible from our backyard.
