This gorgeous three bedroom, three and a half bathroom residence sits along the rolling fairways of The Golf Club at Gray's Crossing, a Peter Jacobson/Jim Hardy championship golf course. Enjoy a serene golf course setting with mountain views, while being only minutes away from downtown Truckee!
This home is dog-friendly (please see Policies & Disclosures below for more details).

- Bedroom #2 downstairs: king suite located on lower level
- Bedroom #3 downstairs: two sets of full-over-full bunk beds located on lower level
- All bedrooms have sliding doors that lead outside to a private deck/patio and flat screen TV’s
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
- Pet-friendly for an additional nightly fee (please see Policies & Disclosures for details)
- Hot tub located on the bottom deck
- Deck furnished with a dining table for 6 and a gas grill
- On the 4th hole of Gray’s Crossing Golf Course

- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 8 adults plus 2 children under the age of 13. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.

- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $50/night will be charged for up to 2 dogs. No cats or other pets permitted.
- This home has Ring smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front door. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- This residence does NOT have access to the Tahoe Mountain Club or the Gray’s Crossing fitness center.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
