POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 8 adults plus 2 children under the age of 13. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- This residence has A/C.
- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $50/night will be charged for up to 2 dogs. No cats or other pets permitted.
- This home has Ring smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front door. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- This residence does NOT have access to the Tahoe Mountain Club or the Gray’s Crossing fitness center.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
