Whether you’re watching the river flow from your window or walking just four blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola, this is the definitive Aspen experience.

Designed for the modern traveler, this unit includes two dedicated workspaces:

Primary Office: The Master King Suite features a built-in desk, mini-fridge, and its own wood-burning fireplace overlooking the river.

Guest Office: A secondary wing contains a private Queen suite with its own desk, perfect for a nanny, chef, or remote professional.

Family ski vacation

We had a great family ski vacation. The condo unit was comfortable with plenty of space for my wife and myself and 2 adult children. The unit was very clean, well maintained and appointed. Great location.

Great location and beautiful condo

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and convenience of the condo. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was the perfect size for our family. We had a beautiful view of the river, we were close to the center of Aspen village, and Brian was very helpful and accommodating!

Cozy and Convenient

Great 3 bedroom property with a stream view. It is a short walk to both grocery and Aspen Mountain. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to unwind and kitchen was very well equipped. The cleaning staff is superb❤️

Amazing Aspen stay!!!

Our family booked this relatively last minute and it exceeded our expectations. The river flowing behind the condo, with views from the family room and master made this stay exceptional. The condo was clean, and housekeeping was a delight. Brian was incredibly responsive, attentive, and professional. A++ all the way, we will be staying here in the future...

Best condo in the best location!

I would definitely stay at this property again. The condo was beautiful. It was immaculate and equipped with just about anything you would need. Two fireplaces kept the unit nice and toasty! The location was perfect, it was close enough to walk into town. The management was great and just a phone call away. They were very responsive for anything that you would need. This is a property not to be missed.

Wonderful Stay and Location

Great spot on the river. The RFTA bus system picks you up right on Cooper across the street. It will drop you off at the Gondola or Rubey Park where you can switch busses to Aspen Highlands or Snowmass.It’s about a 3 block walk to the grocery store and 4-5.into town. The unit was clean throughout and daily cleaning service and new towels. Brian was responsive to any questions or concerns.

Good base for ski vacation

This property worked out well for our family of five. Brian was helpful, prompt & excellent with all communication. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Abigail provided daily light housekeeping which was very nice. Our only suggestion was that the pool/hot tub and sauna looked like they could have used a little attention/upkeep. Otherwise, this was a positive experience and nice spot. Walkable to gondola and downtown Aspen.

Great location, Okay Accommodations

Overall, great location and walkable. For our first time in Aspen, we enjoyed the proximity but if you are a light sleeper… avoid. You’ll hear everything, including neighbors above and to the side. Cleaning service comes very early (8/9am) despite requests for certain days bs every day and a later cleaning time. This is also in an apartment complex that ubers seem to have an issue with. Overall, nice but would not stay here again, especially at the higher than average rate we apparently booked at.

Perfect except noise

The condo is perfect in all ways except the extent to which you can hear the neighbors. We have one night where the above neighbors had a party and was quite disruptive. The host and condo association were exceptional at dealing with that. Although no parties occurred after that, you can hear chatter, moving furniture and footsteps from adjacent units. As a light sleeper this was not optimal but we would absolutely return despite this since everything else exceeded our expectations.

Did not want to leave!!!!

The pictures do not do this property justice. The unit is super clean, comfortable, cozy, and very well equipped. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of adventure. There was a plethora of super dry fire wood right out the front door that we took full advantage of; considering temps were below zero. Excellent location! We walked to dining, skiing, hiking and grocery. Brian was stellar in communicating, and checking in to make sure that we were happy.. We will be back to ski, snuggle by the fire, and watch the Roaring Fork as it entertains from dawn to dusk.

Can't wait to return!

This was a fabulous property for our family. Each couple had their own bathroom, which is a bonus for adults! The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook family meals. Only two blocks from City Market, we could even walk home with the groceries. The unit was well appointed, modern and clean. We can't wait to return!
