Located just between Belmont, Midtown, & 12th South, our charming cottage is just around the corner from some of the best shops and restaurants. Coffee shops, boutiques, Barbeque, pizza, bars, and a grocery store are all just a short trip away. Our charming, detached loft apartment is perfect for guests who want to come and go as they please, have a quiet place to work, relax, unwind, and feel like a local in one of Nashville's most sought-after neighborhoods!

We are always available through our messaging system for any additional amenities requested. Otherwise, guests are left to enjoy their time!

You will be tucked away in a charming neighborhood, centrally located between historic Belmont and Midtown, a quick drive away from great shopping at Green Hills, and walkable to 12th South.

While we can't accommodate early check-ins and check-outs, we allow guests to drop their bags after noon on the day of check-in. Are you coming into town in the early morning or have a late flight and want to store your luggage? Let us know and we can connect you with our luggage concierge service and give you our promo code.

Our home is a private second-story apartment above a detached garage. You can come and go as you please. The loft beams with beautiful, inspiring light and is ready for a clean, quiet, and intimate stay!

Uber or Lyft can take you to the famous Broadway live music venues for a night (or day) out on the town in about 10 minutes.

IMPORTANT DETAILS and HOUSE RULES:
- Before booking, please read/ understand the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/travel insurance as we do not refund for cancellations outside of the policy listed.
- Parties and/ or Events are not permitted at this property & may result in the removal of your group from the premises without a refund.

Comfy space but poor communication

While the loft itself was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet, the host (a property company) was unresponsive. I received conflicting instructions about parking -- day before arrival I received instructions saying I MUST park perpendicular to a wall, with a photo demonstrating that, then day of arrival I was told to park parallel. I immediately asked for clarification but did not hear back at any point during my 4-night stay.

Five Star Perfection!

Love this adorable Nashville getaway! Easy communication with the host. Apartment has everything you need and was clean from top to bottom. The layout and decor were beautiful! Check-in and check-out was a breeze. As good as all this sounds, the best thing about it has to be the location! Located less than a mile from the 12 South area which has the cutest shops, coffee and restaurants. If you decide to go explore Nashville, you are less than 3 miles away and you can drive or take the Wego bus that will take you into Nashville and bring you right back to 12 South for less than 4 a day -much cheaper than parking in the city! We didn’t find one negative thing about our stay here but too many positives to list!

Excellent overall, but you’ll need a laundry

Guidebook states there’s a key to a laundry (&gym), but turns out that doesn’t apply to this rental. We stayed 5 nights (from out of the country) so needed to wash towels & clothes; you’ll need a launderette for this. Otherwise super.

Very cute loft

We enjoyed our stay. Loft was in a beautiful neighborhood although it was about 3 miles from downtown. Our only negative was the lack of response from our host. There were no hangers in the apartment. I reached out asking if there were any but no response. As a result we had to lay our clothes over the furniture. It could have been an easy fix if only our host responded. Also, the tv was streaming which shouldn’t have been a problem but we couldn’t get any network tv at all. All in all, a very cute space.

First Time in Nashville

Nice area that was just a 10 minute walk to 12 south street with restaurants and shopping. Ubers were plentiful and was a great area to stay in. I would book here again for our next Nashville stay.

Wedding weekend

The area is absolutely perfect if you want to stay somewhere you can walk to the shops and restaurants on 12 south. The neighborhood is great for walking and very safe. The upstairs garage apartment is just right for 2 people. We had everything we needed plus coffee, creamer and Splenda. It’s a little confusing about where to park but we used the photo that was provided and had no problems. Only issue was the downstairs door to the garage was not locked from our side of the apartment. We had a great weekend and would return.

Because of our reason for being in Nashville, all we needed was a comfortable place to spend the night. It was roomy enough that we didn’t keep running into each other, but not so large that there was wasted space.

Perfect spot

Great place to stay!! A winter storm cut our stay short but the place was even better than pictures. Great location for restaurants/ shops at 12 South or Hillsboro Village. We will definitely be back.

Great place, would stay again!

Great property and we would definitely stay here again! Located in a quiet residential area next to a church (bell chimes weren’t too bad!). Great location and a walkable area. Quick ride to local restaurants, cafes and shops. The unit is exactly as shown on the listing and have comfy! Some information posted on vrbo, in the email that was sent out and in one other location differed about early check-in, but communication with host was easy and we got a response same day.

Great walkable spot in rad neighborhood

Loved this place! Easy to get around Nashville, easy parking right in front. Great spacious, light filled place. Really open, lots of space for one or two. Pretty quiet. There’s a church near by but the bell only rings every once in a while. Otherwise barely any noise. Walked all around this beautiful neighborhood. You can get to cool restaurants and bars in 10-15 mins walking. Easy check in and check out. Appreciate the hospitality!

Fantastic loft

We really enjoyed our stay at the loft. We felt right at home in the cozy updated loft. Most importantly it was clean & just as pictured. The area is quiet & close to bars/restaurants & shops on 12th South. Heading to Broadway in downtown was an easy Uber/Lyft ride away. We had such a great time & will definitely be back! Parking is no issue as there is one space available and plenty of street parking if needed.
