Simply Perfect

Beth is an amazing host. The bungalow has everything you need for all ages and Beth is there to help with anything additional. We stayed here when we dropped our daughter off for freshman year and we wanted to stay here again for graduation. Beth could not have been more accommodating. We will stay here again if we are back in Nashville

Wonderful Place

The location was in a quiet neighborhood in the Belmont area. The house was well furnished and even stocked with basic goods like coffee and snacks. The owner maintained wonderful communication before, during, and even a bit after the stay. Definitely added this one to my favorites in Nashville!

Great Place near Belmont University

Great location, great host and all kinds of little extras (chocolates, labels to explain things, comfortable beds and more) made this a great place! Beth was very easy to work with and we had no issues at all with our stay.

Perfect home base!

This was the perfect house for my daughter and i to stay in while we had activities at one of the local universities. Great food, shopping nearby but a peaceful quiet house to unwind in. I would definitely stay again!

great little home

This was a great little place very close to Belmont Univ. which is what we wanted. The host thought of everything you might need. The beds were comfortable and king size. I will definitely stay here again when in Nashville. I highly recommend this place.

Incredible gem in 12 South

Three of my friends and I booked a girls' weekend getaway to Nashville and found Rosewood Bungalow for our stay—and we are so happy we did! The house was charming, cozy, and clean. Beth, the owner, had everything perfectly organized (even labeled), and the instructions were simple to follow. She even went the extra mile by stocking the fridge and cabinets with snacks and milk for coffee! While we were there, we discovered that Beth lives in the basement, and we were initially concerned about being too noisy, as we tend to stay up late with talking, laughing, and dancing. However, Beth was totally fine with it. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we even found a sweet little chocolate treat on each one. On our check-out day, our flight wasn’t until later, and we didn’t want to haul our luggage around Nashville. Beth kindly let us store our bags at the house for a bit longer, which was a huge help! This rental was an incredible gem and we would definitely stay here again!

Cute cottage

Our family of 3 stayed here for 4 nights over the holidays to visit family. It was decorated really cute for the holidays and very comfortable for us. Beth was easy to communicate with and the place is very clean and well stocked. The location is terrific, a nice neighborhood and close to a smaller Kroger that makes it easy to pick up a few groceries. We will definitely plan to stay again the next time we are in town.

Just perfect

This property was beyond all expectations! Beth was a wonderful host and was generous with her property and provisions. We had everything we needed and more for a great Thanksgiving away from home. We will certainly be back!

50th Birthday Girl's Weekend

If I could rate this property higher, I would! My friend and I came to Nashville to celebrate our 50th birthdays, and Beth was the perfect host! The house is immaculate, completely stocked with all the little things you need, comfortable beds and living spaces, close to downtown (EASY to get around using Lyft/Uber or driving if you explore 12 South and outlying areas), and perfect in every way. Beth was so sweet to surprise us with a birthday cake upon arrival - I mean how fun is that?! Excellent communication all around, too! You will not be disappointed; this place is a gem! We will return when we come back to Nashville!!

Great Getawy. Adorable home!

This exceeded our expectations. So cute and comfortable. King sized beds. Very nice outdoor area. Would highly recommend and come here if I get back to Tennessee!

Perfect getaway bungalow

Perfect location and the cutest bungalow for a Nashville getaway. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host is most accommodating and friendly, helping us feel right at home. We appreciated the recommendations for local eateries and shopping suggestions. Loved spending time in the garden - perfect place for afternoon reading!

Cozy Bungalow

The bungalow was wonderful, located in an excellent neighborhood in close proximity to great shops and restaurants. The bungalow was well stocked with amenities to make our stay comfortable. Beth was a lovely and hospitable. Will definitely be staying there again!

Vacation bungalow

Beth was an excellent host. I needed something mailed to me and she helped make it work out in a timely manner. The bungalow was perfect for my friend and I .Everything we needed. Very comfortable. Suggested a Uber to go downtown,it is busy and parking was a problem. Made our vacation easier. I would suggest Beth to anyone.

Fantastic Home

My 2 girlfriends and I just spent a week at this lovely home and loved it. In fact, I can't wait to bring my husband here and spend more time there. First of all, Beth is such a gracious hostess. Friendly, helpful and always there when we needed anything. The home itself is super cute, located in a gorgeous & historic neighborhood, and is perfectly located to see everything Nashville has to offer and believe me, we saw everything. I use vrbo all the time and have never stayed at property that was so well stocked with anything and everything we might need or want during our stay. From cream for the coffee to sunscreen & bug spray and even a sewing kit for an emergency repair. Beth has thought things out so thoroughly that you will want for nothing. I highly recommend this property and I'll definitely be back.

Nashville adventure

Loved the property and the attention to detail. The area felt safe and fun to explore. The home was decorated in a cool Nashville vibe. Only suggestions to improve would be the bathroom plumbing, tub controls and toilet needs to be comfort height. Hot water supply was inconsistent. Overall great experience!!

Wonderful place in great location in Nashville

Birthday Bash

As soon as we walked in the door at the Rosewood bungalow, we felt right at home! Beth and Brian added special touches for my sister‘s birthday and it meant so much! We were able to relax in the evening on the front patio and felt extremely safe walking through the neighborhood. It was a great home away from home. Highly recommend Beth and Brian’s Rosewood bungalow! Thank you for making our stay the best in Nashville!

I, Beth, grew up in Chapel Hill, NC and have lived in many places, but ended up in Nashville to teach dance. Brian, my husband, is a native Nashvillian and is a Land Surveying Engineer. Our families are the upmost important to us!! In our free time, we love to be outdoors working in our gardens, walking, hiking, camping, canoeing and kayaking. We are "empty nesters" and have a precious daughter, a handsome black lab and a chickens that provides us with delicious eggs! :)

It's close and easily accessible to the downtown area and is close to many delicious restaurants, shopping, and music venues. Also, we are located right in the middle of three great Universities; Vanderbilt, Belmont and Lipscomb. Come stay at the Bungalow and experience all that Music City has to offer!
