Apartment in town center, swimming pool access, close to beaches

Our apartment “U LIBECCIU” is on the top floor of a completely renovated house with 2 levels.
There is no balcony.

The apartment can accommodate 6 people and consists of 3 bedrooms:
- 2 bedrooms with 140 bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

There is also a beautiful living and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped; dishwasher machine, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator (changed in 2024)

The living / dining room is equipped with silent reversible air conditioning changed in 2024.

The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.

The residence is located 5 minutes walk from the town center, shops, marina and beaches. Very quiet area

Really ideal location to do everything on foot!

⚠️ The shared swimming pool is open from April to October and is accessible between 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. without supervision.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents.
No possibility of eating or having an aperitif there.

🚗 No private parking, possibility of parking a vehicle downstairs or just nearby in the neighborhood.

Household linen not provided: Package €15/person including 2 bath towels/bath mat/sheets/tea towels. On demand.
