Located on the top floor of a fully renovated two-level house, Apartment U LIBECCIU is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
⚠️ The apartment has no balcony.
It can accommodate up to 6 guests and includes:
3 bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm)
1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm)
A spacious living and dining area
A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator (2024)
Quiet reversible air conditioning in the living room (2024)
A bathroom with bathtub
A separate toilet
📍 Ideal location: only a 5-minute walk from the town center, shops, marina and beaches. Very quiet area. Everything can be done on foot.
🏊 Shared swimming pool: open from April to October, from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (unsupervised).
Children remain under the responsibility of their parents.
👉 Meals can be taken at the pool house in the designated area.
🚗 Parking: no private parking, but street parking is available nearby.
🧺 Bed linen and towels included in the price.
